I've always enjoyed your comedic content however I've never seen this side of you. Your culinary skills are on point. What amazes me even more is the similarities between village life and country life in Jamaica. This dish looks very similar to our pepper pot soup in Jamaica minus the tomatoes and the seafood. Instead of tomatoes we would use coconut milk instead of seafood we would use beef or pig's tail chicken foot anything other than seafood but similarities are definitely there. Even the pot of food which if I'm not mistaken I thought I saw a plantains yams and cassava. We eat all that in Jamaica The only thing that was missing was sweet potato and dumpling lol. Now I see how fufu is made from scratch basically it's food beaten until the gluten is developed that binds it together. Even the wood fire cooking is so reminiscent of country life in Jamaica. I definitely see the connection between Ghana and Jamaica it's food it's practices everything is so connected thank you for sharing. Father willingly and generously shares food with his dogs but won't with his son lol. Great content please do more videos like this to show us the other side of village life.
@@fatherankrah absolutely a lot of similarities between our cultures I honestly believe that Jamaica is just a smaller version of Ghana hence the reason for a lot of us repatriation back to Ghana.
