- Metal Detecting is a really fun hobby and the things we find can be amazing , but we should not love the world or the things in the world. The world is passing away along with our relics and it's desires. Our treasure should not be anything we find metal detecting, Our treasure needs to be Jesus Christ!
Jesus Christ, is the Son of God, he lived a perfect life on this earth. A life that we could never live. Jesus never committed any sins, he was sinless and obeyed God. He came into the world to save the sinners. If we say we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us, because all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God. But God shows his love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us!. Jesus is the Way, and the Truth, and The Life. No one comes to Father except through him. There is no other way to heaven!. Jesus bore our sins in his body on the cross , that we might die to sin and live to righteousness. Jesus' atoning Sacrifice for our sins was perfected once and for all time, never to be repeated again. It is finished!. Jesus was buried in the tomb and he was raised on the third day by the power of God . Jesus ascended into heaven and is seated on the right hand of God. Consequently, he is able to save to the uttermost those who draw near to God through him, since he always lives to make intercession for them. Now we have a way to God through his only Son Jesus Christ. The blood of Jesus cleanses us from all our sin. If we confess our sins to God, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness . But it doesn't end at confessing!. We then need to turn from our wicked ways and live a Godly life. Will you turn from your sins ? and believe the good news of Jesus Christ today? Because Sin is crouching at the door. It's desire is for you, But you must rule over it!. Turn from your sinful nature and turn to Christ by faith in him and you will be saved. Everyone who believes that Jesus is the Christ has been born of God. No one born of God makes a practice of sinning!, For God's seed abides in him and he cannot keep on sinning because he has been born of God. Whoever makes a practice of sinning is of the Devil. The wages of Sin is death! eternal hell, but the free gift of God is eternal life, which is found in Christ Jesus our Lord, who purchased us on the cross through his blood, that we might be set free from the slavery of sin and become obedient slaves to righteousness . God has a plan for your life!. God Blessed us in Christ, He chose us before the foundation of the World, that we should be holy and blameless before him. In Love God Predestined us for Adoption as sons through Jesus Christ . God loves you!, and he desires all people to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth. For there is one God, and there is one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus. By the Grace of God you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing: it is the gift of God, not a result of works, so that no one may boast. For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them. Therefore be imitators of God, as beloved children. And walk in love, as Christ loved us and gave himself up for us, a fragrant offering and sacrifice to God. For I am not ashamed of the Gospel, for it is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes. Jesus is Savior! Hope yall enjoy my video, Thanks for watching! I have read and read comments. I admire Nugget for his stand for God and Jesus! Let's include the Holy Spirit while we are at it! It is not a question of relegion. Most of us get up and go to work religiously. That has nothing to do with whether we go yo heaven or not. But the thing that does have to do with us going to heaven is what we do with the knowledge of God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit. There is no earning our way to heaven. Christ was the only person that has been born and lived a perfect life, yet he willingly went to the cross and died so the sins of us all are covered by his love and opened the gates of heaven that we can enter. Only catch is that we must accept the love he gives us and believe in faith. Bless you Nugget for standing for God!
I don't know what's up with all the hate on this video ... everybody has freedom to religious beliefs, so if Nugget wants express his opinions on this matter on his own videos than what's the big deal? If you're not religious, than at least respect that he stands for something and has faith. And if you're not religious, just ignore it because Nugget doesn't express his religious beliefs often on here. Unsubscribing from his awesome channel over this is plain ridiculous - it just shows how immature and close-minded you are, and quite frankly, it's probably best that you unsubscribe if you're gonna get that offended over something so ridiculous. Bottle Boys (Treasure Hunters) I think the problem is that people came here to watch a video on metal detecting. They were probably not expecting to be preached at. As a live streamer I ask that people avoid the topics of Religion and Politics in my channels chat. There is no better way to lose viewers/subs because people feel so strongly about their personal beliefs it usually ends in arguments. I would honestly suggest putting that kind of content in a separate video but obviously Nugget is free to do what he wants.
I was a little taken by surprise at the end of the video, I have to admit but I enjoy the metal detecting side of things so I'm not going anywhere. So yeah, great video Nugget....you know....until that last bit :D

Clay Dust Not being funny but that would remove the mystery that I watch the video for. The description also does not give you any clue as to what is going to happen in the last few minutes of the video.
Clay Dust I certainly haven't lobbed any hate at anyone here, but I understand the irritation folks feel. Aindo is right, it's a bait and switch thing. If you were interested in, let's say, restoring antique cars, and you subbed to a channel on that topic, and one day the channel owner just launches into a long speech about how everyone should live in an open relationship with multiple sex partners because it is "the right way to live", you too might become irritated. A channel builds trust and expectations to the point where if you are subbed you don't check the description on every video before watching.
That said, Nug's free to believe whatever he wants, and talk about whatever he wants on his channel. Peeps are free to voice their opinions on his content. Live and let live, I say.
For my part, I can't get past the arrogance of believing that you are in possession of the "keys to paradise", that you know the one and the only way to a salvation, and that you should lecture other people on how to live their lives in order to save their souls. Preaching is inherently arrogant. Nug looks like he is less than half my age and he's lecturing me on what I should believe and how I should live. No disrespect to his life experience, but I'm not going to be lectured today, certainly not without some bonafides to back it up. :-)
I understand the motivation, but folks who preach this particular line of doctrine fail from the outset to define their terms (souls, heaven, hell, God, afterlife) and fail to demonstrate that any of those things exist. And given that, I can't get too hopped up about saving a soul that as far as I can see I don't have, so I can spend eternity in a place that as far as I can see does not exist. I need reasons and evidence, not assertions, and assertions are the bedrock of preaching, at least as I have experienced it.
So whatever, Nug's got his faith, if it makes him happy I am glad for him. I've no plans to unsub unless he turns this into the Jesus channel and is going to start preaching in every video.
I have enjoyed your videos for a while but I especially enjoyed this one! It is awesome to see a young person like you who is not ashamed of what he believes and is willing to share it. Some people were upset but that is their problem. They don't have to watch but if one person is saved from what you shared it makes it worth the criticism. I'm looking forward to seeing more from you and feel that the Lord has great things in store for you! Keep on sharing your faith as that is what Jesus commanded us to do. God bless!

I think its funny that no one would have disliked this video if Nugget had said, "Its a cool ring I personally don't believe in Jesus but its still a cool ring!" However, this is not the case. He chose to share his personal beliefs. Not only that, but then went on to share with his viewers, which is his "right" as an American, AND his "responsibility"
as a Christian, how they to might come to "a peace that surpasses all understanding" (Phil. 4:7). I truly don't think Mr. Noggin is going to be too upset if he gets a few dislikes on a post. I just think its funny that if Christians share their belief they get chastised and generate negative feedback, but on the other hand, if a non believer says there is no God then society/mainstream media says "Good job son! Way to stand up for what you believe in!" Oh yes and to Nugget good job, great video, greater message, and read Joshua 1:9. Keep up the vids bud!

I always love your videos but I really liked the ending on this one. Its great to see a young man with a passion to share GOD'S word.
Nugget, as silly as I may sound... Your love for your hobby/ work inspires me and I'm sure inspires many others; not only do you teach people how to find some amazing relics but you add a little bit of yourself into each video. Many people I know would not be so willing as to show people their loves, beliefs, hobbies etc.
The web is a rather volatile place, filled to the brim with people of differing religions and nations... with no real barrier between any.
I am someone from another country and another faith but appreciate to the highest regard your willingness to teach people about God and Jesus' sacrifice. Know that, whatever anyone exclaims through the comments that you should take no notice. The internet, as I'm sure you know, corrupts at times.

Nugget, I have watched your videos for years. I have never subscribed, but just did. If you would have pulled a mask off and it turned out you were a snake, I would not have quit watching your videos. I think you are a great person and we need more in this world, people that would judge you by your religion or anything else, especially after enjoying the videos for so long, are just bad people and are part of the problem, not part of the solution. There are good and bad people in every faith, color, and nationality. I judge a person as they are and after years of watching you it's not hard to figure out that you are part of the solution, no matter what religion you are.

People are giving nugget a lot of crap for what he said at the end of the video, but it's important to realize why he said that. I think an analogy will help.
Imagine you are standing on a sidewalk, waiting to cross a busy road. Someone walks up next to you listening to noise proof headphones, with their head down and looking at their phone. You notice that they don't stop at sidewalk, but continue on into the road. You look up and see a semi truck barreling down the road and you know that this guy will get killed if you don't do anything. However, it's apparent that he doesn't want to be bothered. What do you do?
Most people would agree that it would be terrible if you let the guy die, when all you have to do is tap him on the shoulder and tell him not to cross. This same idea can be applied to nugget's thinking. So why do you guys get mad at him for sharing what he believes? He didn't say it because he wanted to show that he's smarter than everyone, has better life experience, ect. He said it because he doesn't want people to get hit by the metaphorical semi truck.

Thanks for sharing Nugget! Always some great relics. But, I want to commend you on your little sermon at the end. That was uplifting and unexpected. Who cares if you got a few people that griped. They have to lay there heads down at night!!! GL&HH
