    Training the upper back is a fundamental part of strength training. The muscles that make up what we refer to as the “back” are complex and perform a variety of movements in connection with the upper arms. The primary function is to pull the arms back from an extended position either down or in.
    To more precisely target different areas of the back, we have created a machine that emphasizes the three main hand positions, underhand, overhand, and neutral.

    Hi Mr Hobson! Victor Tang here from Melbourne Australia. I bought a squat machine , no , THE squat machine from you in 2007(?). It is still the best of the bestest!!!
    My gym (Fitnessland Gym) has been doing well since 2002 and operating very nicely. I am semi retired but run the gym just as enthusiastically as i did day 1!
    I just wanted to say his wonderful your equipment is. And do you remember making a special timber platform for me. It is beautifully hand made by you and I’d still really outstanding!
    I hope life has been good! Wishing continual success!!

    Do (on the pro version) the adjustable handles move closer towards the athlete (to make the handles easier reachable for athlethes with shorter arms) or do the handles move mostly inward/outward for a different movement pattern?

    If I don't care about adjustable starting points, does this feel any different than the pro series row? Is the movement pattern and strength curve the same?
