*Eight Steps of DIP Diet: It is a plant based diet to keep you healthy and disease free.*
*Step One: Eat atleast 4 types or 4 coloured regional/locally available seasonal fruits in between 8'O clock to 12.00 noon. Fruits quantity must be not below 10% grams of our body weight. If our weight is 60 kg then the quantity of fruits must be not below 600 grams. These fruits must be munched or chewed in atleast 20 to 25 minutes.*
*Step Two: Eat Salad (Plate 1) before Lunch (Plate 2). Gap between Plate 1 & Plate 2 must be 15-20 minutes. Eat atleast 4 types or 4 coloured regional/locally available seasonal vegetables in Plate 1 (Lunch & Dinner). Salad quantity must be not below 5% grams of our body weight. If our weight is 60 kg then the quantity of vegetables Salad must not below 300 grams. These vegetables Salad must be munched or chewed in atleast 15 to 20 minutes.*
*Step Three: 2 - 3 hours after lunch snacks around 5 PM. Take either Sprouts, soaked dry fruits or coconut.*
*Step Four: Dinner before 7.00 PM or strictly last 8.00 PM*
*Step Five: Not to eat: CRAP: C: Carboneted Drinks/Chai/coffee. R: Refined foods, Refined sugar, refined maida, refined oils, refined salt (white salt); A: Animal & Dairy foods or Artificial foods & P: Processed foods or packaged foods.*
*Step Six: Sunbath minimum 35-40 minutes.*
*Step Seven: Cheat day once a week. No cheat day for unhealthy people for 3 months;*
*Step Eight: Sprouts: Quantity one gram par kilogram of our total body weight (in grams) if our weight is 60 kg then amount of sprouts must be 60 grams; Soaked Dry fruits Quantity total body weight (in grams) if our weight is 60 kg then amount of soaked dry fruits must be 60 grams; Coconut water quantity as much as you like & Hunza tea quantity as much as you like.*

I have a query though.
How can we ensure the gap of 8 hours between two meals in DIP diet ? As, in this diet we must take fruits in the morning, then lunch in the afternoon and dinner at 7 PM. There is a maximum gap of 5 hours between lunch and dinner. Is there any way we can implement DIP diet with '2 Meals a day' plan? This will certainly ensure 8 hours gap between 2 meal and about 14-15 hours gap during night. Please guide sir.

Thanks Samarth.Even As per Ayurveda it is advised to have time-gap between raw and cooked food. So I always I had this doubt whether Plate2 should be consumed immediately or with gap.

There is no harm in consuming Diary Products like Curd, Lassi with Cooked Food in Lunch (Also recommended by Rajiv Dixit), As It helps in balancing Pitta of Body specially in summer season.

@@iqbalrazi640 Everyone's body is different. So I would advise that give it a try with both options and just observe how your body reacts to it. Yes as per Dr. Biswaroop one should eat plate 2 just after plate 1 but As per ayurveda there must be gap of around 30 Minutes between 1st Meal like Salad and 2nd Meal etc.

Dear Mr Samarth Manas Ji this was great video on DIP diet. I have successfully used DIP DIET since last 6 months and I was able to wean off BP med, statin med, blood thinner med etc but still waiting thyroid med. However my wife has NOT been that lucky. She tried DIP fruit diet to start with based on my experience in the morning as suggested. Within an hour or so she will have serious symptoms of Hypoglycemia such as Low blood glucose levels that cause a fight or flight response which is probably due to adrenal response, and cause a racing heart or heart palpitations. She is NOT diabetic.
SINCE SHE IS NOT THE ONLY PERSON IN THIS WORLD WITH SUCH A PROBLEM then how to help my wife. Dr BRC has treated vast number of people. There must be solution. Is it a good idea to consult with Dr BRC? Please ADVICE AND HELP.

In general, office working people doesn't get much time for lunch.
Hardly 45min lunch break is allowed in most office.
I used to eat 500 kg sald in lunch time time, it takes approximately 30-45 min. So it's difficult to have plate 2 after gap of 30 min from plate 1.

*8 Steps in DIP (Disciplined and Intelligent Peoples Diet) Diet:*
1. *3 to 4 types seasonal fruits (or 3 or 4 Coloured fruits) as par your weight before 12'O Clock,*
2. *3 to 4 types seasonal vegetables (or 3 or 4 Coloured vegetables) as par your weight.Sprinkle rock salt or lemon juice on Salad,*
3. *After eating Salad eat cooked food having minimal rock salt and oil. (Plate 2)*
4. *Evening Snacks: Sprouts or Dry Fruits or Coconut all as par your weight in grams,*
5. *Dinner before 8'O Clock preferably before 7'O Clock,*
6. *Avoid Animal or Dairy Products, Packed Foods or Refined Products or tea or coffee,*
7. *40 Minutes Sun bath for Vitamin D,*
8. *Once a week is a Free Day: Eat anything on that free day weekly.*

'by introducing more enzymes and healthy bacteria (like saurcraute/ home made aachar )
1. include more of tomato , lemon, > more enzymes
2. more digestive spices (ginger, garlic, pepper, jeera, haldi, hing, sunth, imli )
3. saurcraute (this are probiotics, which help to digest raw vegitables which is called prebiotics)
