The Glue Bomb Show, Episode 222: Flame Transformers Bumble Bee Unboxing

Today I got a really good price on this unique Transformers kit, Bumble Bee. It looks pretty cool. This is my first kit from the company Flame, and I look forward to seeing what it's like. All I know at this point is it looks like fun and that's good because model building is supposed to be fun.

Nice kit, Dave 👍 I have built the Optimus Prime and Megatron kits from Flame Toys. This is based on the original Transformers cartoons from the early 80’s and not the movies, but they are a blast 💥 to build 😎 Have fun 🤩

Nice kit but take a good look before you decide to paint the parts while still on the sprue. I find that inevitably there will be an an attachment point that you have to later cut that will be on the visible part of the model so that nipped point will need to be repainted. You can get away with it if the holding points will be hidden later, but I find that is rarely the case when I want to try painting on the trees.

Cool kit, it does resemble the bandai kits a lot. Curious to see what you think of the build.
