And We had already taken a promise from Adam before, but he forgot; and We found not in him determination. And [mention] when We said to the angels, "Prostrate to Adam," and they prostrated, except Iblees; he refused. So We said, "O Adam, indeed this is an enemy to you and to your wife. Then let him not remove you from Paradise so you would suffer. Indeed, it is [promised] for you not to be hungry therein or be unclothed. And indeed, you will not be thirsty therein or be hot from the sun." Then Satan whispered to him; he said, "O Adam, shall I direct you to the tree of eternity and possession that will not deteriorate?" And Adam and his wife ate of it, and their private parts became apparent to them, and they began to fasten over themselves from the leaves of Paradise. And Adam disobeyed his Lord and erred. Then his Lord chose him and turned to him in forgiveness and guided [him]. [ Allah ] said, "Descend from Paradise - all, [your descendants] being enemies to one another. And if there should come to you guidance from Me - then whoever follows My guidance will neither go astray [in the world] nor suffer [in the Hereafter]. [20:115-123]

As an Israelite and an historian who has had the privilege to study history from primary sources available to serious academics I am fascinated by the fact that socalled nonblack people believe that our FAMILY history has anything to do with anyone else but Israelites. Nowhere in our records does our Father love anyone else but Israelites. Perhaps some of us are unaware that religion was created to usurp our divine authority. I cried. Im a 28 year old who had always said I was an Independent believer. I started working with indonesians here in Los Angeles, and little by little i have been doing my research in Islam. It has called me. I completed Ramadan with them in fasting since i dont know how to pray. What a beautiful experience i must say.

I was born and raised in a Christian household. I memorized ALL the stores in the Bible. ADAM AND EVE story was the first one everyone learns. When I began my journey in Islam (4months ago) my mind was blown .. the story of The Father Adam made me question 32 years of my entire life.

Assalamualaikum! Ramadan mubarak. Dear bro & sis in islam, I have a question while watching this vid where I hope that someone would provide with an
answer.
1.--Allah swt created everything and has control over all. Qadr is part of what he can create/control. Now, Hawa (as) ate the forbidden fruit which resulted to cast mankind out of Jannah. In this scenario, is this not part of Allah's plan? He could've forgave them for that 1 mistake.
2.-Allah created all life form, this also includes Jinns. Hence, he created iblis and laid the path for Iblis to become who and what he is. Right?--Iblis was raised and he knew Iblis would end up to rebel and disobey him. Why did Allah (swt) allowed it to happen? He could've change Iblis's mind and keep him in the goodside.
3.- Allah reminded all Adam's progeny that he is indeed our lord and we are his servants. Many of Adam's progeny would end up in Jahannam (hell) for shirk and other sins. Why would Allah (swt) created so many souls that would be thrown to hell, to punish, to burn eternally? How can the most merciful and graceful would create a soul who will end up commiting shirk or worshipping idols who will eventually be thrown to hell?
4. Allah (swt) is All-knowing, the Wise, the great planner. Allah knows and he wrote (Qadr) of each souls that would be brought to life on this earth, he knows who will commit sins and those who will be pious and obedient. If not all souls can enter Janna (Heaven), why would they be created? It's like they were created just to be thrown to hell-fire.
5. Allah (swt) is Just, why did bloodshed among the creatures did not stop nor end even before the Jinns? Creatures before the Jinns committed the same crimes as the Jinns did which resulted to their annihilation.
Moreover, I was talking to catholic neighbor who happened to have questions about the scriptures. If how credible the holy books are. They were only written by humans, how can we be sure that these are the words of God. I told her about the Qur'an, how it came to the Prophet (saw). She doesn't seemed to be convinced how the sura Qalam was told the Rasulullah (saw).
