Very nice showcase. I got back into playing Skyrim again after seeing this modlist and im having a blast. There are actually even more attacks you can do with the stances. You can do powerattack chains too, you can end normal attack chains into different power attacks depending on how many normals you did first. And in the white and blue stances you can almost freely interchange hits in a chain with normal and power attacks forever in fluid motions, those two stances seems the most advanced out of them.
It would be really cool if certain boss enemies that were hand picked would use a single chosen stance, and to damage them you would need to use an opposing stance.
I'm a requiem enjoyer myself, can't really bring myself to play anything other than that, but this list looks too good to pass up, I'll be installing it today to test the waters a bit and then hopefully start a long playthrough once the new update is out, saw that you mentioned that there's going to be some bug fixes soon. Thank you very much for these wonderful reviews, never would've found this otherwise.
i cant seem to sprint when i pulled out my sword since it kept dodging when i held down sprint button... how can i fix that? can you go through your setting to show us the most optimal setting for redux plz if possible? thanks
Hello please how do i set it to other keys i dont wanna have it on 1 2 3 4 because i use to to equip spells or bow can u please tell me how to rebind it to other key thanks.
hi can anyone help me with a problem. i installed nolvus and so far everything works, but when i change stances the animation of those stances don't work granted the attack works for each stance but not the switching stances part. any way to fix this?
I wonder, although not really lore friendly if a modder will make a way to dual wield great swords/weapons like a souls game. After a perk is unlocked. I think cso had something like that. Though cso grip switch isn't really used anymore I think.
@@biggie_boss ya it has major conflicts I think with true directional movement. The feature of the grip switch would be cool to see standalone. I seen a really cool mod review of a first person mod that makes it look like vermtide,even the magic. I wonder if it'll ever get add to the larger mod packs. Thanks for reply. Have a great day
I also downloaded the mod, could you explain which hot keys you use to make the changes, as I'm really a bit overwhelmed with all the changes at the beginning
@@biggie_boss exactly, I managed to figure it out though. After running FNIS and installing the framework I exited the game and ran nemesis and the 2 are living happily side by side now.
Gameplay feels very Ubisoft-y - which is why I don't really want to play Nolvus. But I would really like to find out which mods influence and add Spears as well as those Magic Staff animations that Nolvus has going on to my current mod-list. Any idea what they are?
@@biggie_boss I just started playing nolvus and that's the only thing so far that irks me aside from controller limitations ( the draw/sheathe option in mcm flat out doesn't work for the stances )but that's a personal preference and easily managed by a few keyboard hotkeys.
I dont know what it was. It might of been i downloaded OAR and nolvus is dar. I had to delete the instance and the archive data and download again. Dont download any mods until u try to run nolvus. @@pvt_lethal9509
What is the point to play 1st person with all these combat systems, animations and fatalities which made to finally enjoy 3rd person gameplay..I don't know man. It's kinda odd
generally in the open world i play in 3rd person and in dungeons i go 1st person, that might be the only real reason at least the only reason i could think anyone would use both
@@TheVektor2012 Of course but I mean 1st person is outdated thing in my opinion. It's something from 2006. Dark Messiah like.. when game devs had no money to make animations. Obviously you can play the way you like :)
Because first person RPG games are better and in my opinion 3rd person in Skyrim sucks so bad that no mods are going to fix it. I think I played all 3rd person focused modlists and I tried creating one myself and in all of these cases 3rd person felt clunky and out of place for me.

Yeah there is a lot to cover with stances :P I could make a 3 hr long video just going over every animation.

Is the bandit camp expansion like several individual mods? Or is iy one single mod that overhauls these camps? I want it!!
I think it's mostly Ryn's mods which are individual as well as Dungeons - Revisited :)

When equiping a spell or a shield, I cant see my arm (its lowered), do you know which mod from the list is causing this in first person?

It shouldn't be FNIS, it should be Nemesis. Only thing FNIS is used for anybody is NSFW animations.

This is an Anti-controller mod. I play in an Asus Rog Ally and thank god I can configure the extra buttons of the handheld gamepad for the stances.

A lot more than in V4. I had a 9 part let's play and crashed maybe once.
How can I switch the keys for enter a stance?

For some reason the 1st person gameplay is about half the speed of 3rd person.
Because they are animation-dependant. A big reason why MCO doesn't feel good in first person.

I disabled nemisis, precision, and tkdodge re in mo2 and it is now playing proper animation only thing is you cant use the stances
Nolvus should be done on a fresh install of Skyrim.

The point?? Just so you can enjoy both 1st person combat animations and 3rd too. Your are not stuck to play one or an other.
