Remember when at least 10 years ago videos used to be at least 3 - 5 minutes long now people are doing ridiculously 20+ minute long videos these days in 2019.

Hello Shark . you are taking a good approach of achieving your goal (blowing 1 billion tnt), but there is a lot of stuff in the world which effect the world edit process and the explosion process. First: I would suggest creating a new creative world with special features : A small size (or medium sized) world (not infinite) because this will effect the chunk loading a lot. Remember to turn clouds off . Second: after entering the world quickly turn off mob spawning (via comand) as well as mob drops, check whether there's any more comands which effect the spawning of animals and there drops as well. Third : kill @e to get rid of all mobs and to make sure the comands are working correctly. Forth: get a map and load every single chunk of your world (before placing any tnt), to ease the placing process of the tnt. Fifth.: go to the center of the world (tp x=0, z=0, y=100). Check whether everything is on plan (game rules and whatever). Place the tnt in a 4 part process, make sure to load all of it on the map. Then blow it up. The map out the aftermath. Hopefully this works out for you. I love your videos very much. Keep it up
bedrock is not invincible, it still have an hp, but tnt wouldn't blow it up no matter how many of them are there, since tnt's power don't stacks, you can go test it out
He seems not to understand the relationship between length and volume (as in volume is length x length x length). So if you increase the radius of a sphere by a factor of 4 (e.g. from 400 --> 1600), then the volume (and therefore number of blocks) increases by a factor of 4x4x4=64. e.g. 270mil --> over 17bil. His game didn't crash because he tried to load in 1 billion tnt blocks at once, it crashed because he tried to load in 17 billion tnt blocks at once.
You Can Actually Break Bedrock With 1,000,000,000,000 TNT Blocks. Because Obsidian Has A Blast Resistance Of 1,200, And TNT Blast Power Is 4 So You Would Need Something 300x Stronger Than TNT To Blow Up Obsidian. And Bedrock Has A Blast resistance Of 3.6M So You Would Need Something 900,000x Stronger Than TNT To Blow Bedrock With That Said 3.6M x 100 Is 3.6B So He Blew Up 3,600,000,000 TNT

Command blocks have a blast resistance of 15 mil so you would have to spawn the wither 3000 times all at once right on the block to destroy it. 1 billion TNT will do nothing to it.
