    Lots of puckering there. I would also include several smashing through ice moments and especially the fast moving river in winter video footage. Mr and Mrs Osta are the best.

    I always love seeing the sherp getting tested. I wonder if any emergency services use them for calls out in the sticks.

      The company I work for has one. They use it to follow pipelines. For routine maintenance on them or to do inspections.

    I know from personal experience with a 4x4, that you can get anything stuck. However, if you have a winch, you can get anything stuck anywhere.

    The center of mass must be so low that they naturally want to flip back in the wheels if you go upside down in the water hey. That first clip was crazy!! Surprised you didn't have the frozen river clip in there bud!

    First time I have seen someone get a sherpa stuck, and it drove itself out. I called it early. Still have not seen someone get it stuck. But I bet my back yard can do it.

    have they makers of sherp ever thought of making a slightly lengthier version? it seems the very short wheelbase makes it flip so quickly. obviously, the shorter wheelbase has advantages, but still....

      It was built for lakes and swamps. A longer wheel base would hinder it's mobility I think. The N (yellow one) has a bit more wheelbase and makes climbs easier for sure

    Center of Gravity is too high, wheelbase too short. That's why it always tries to tip over. Hope no one's been trapped when it goes over backwards climbing out of water or mud.

    It's a silly design, much too short to be competent uphill/downhill. Their 10x10 "Ark" however is wicked.

      It was never designed to be a hill killing machine lol. It wheelbase works extraordinary in swamps, bogs and otherwise inaccessible areas. No one machine can do everything

      @@ostacruiser A 6x6 can turn on the spot, just like a tank. The only advantages to this ridiculously short wheelbase 4x4 compared to an identical 6x6 version is cost. The 6x6 would have better traction, flotation, hill climbing ability and be better at knocking down trees and everything. Check out their 10x10 version called the "Ark" by the way. It's really cool.

A skid steer 6x6 isn't going to turn worth a shit in the bog or in thick trees. But everyone is entitled to their opinion. Have a great day.
