Then we saw how my mother's head turned facing left while her body went right and half her face drooped, that's when we knew something went wrong. I believe she had a stroke but that's the last time she had one, she recovered and is active again.

Those two things work really well together to cause panic attacks I wont notice is happening until its too late. I got my cat a year ago after she was abandoned by her mother as a newborn. But since that time my panic attacks have lessened in severity. She comes up to me, tries to stand on my chest and headbutt me. My dog saved my life too. I was born with a pain disorder and usually ride pain out at home overnight then go the ER in the morning if I cant get it under control. My Pom Simba was not clingy, but one time, he kept jumping on my chest and my mom kept putting him back on the ground. He eventually jumped up and laid on the couch back above me, watching me. Because of him, my mom asked if I wanted to go to the hospital then instead of waiting. When we got there, we found out my blood pressure was steadily dropping. So not sure what my pressure was doing, since pain usually makes it go up, but glad I listened to my dog that night! I miss him so much, he was such a good boy
