  • E.D.I. Mean of the Outlawz spoke in detail about the chaos that ensued during an incident with 2Pac at Morin Park that led to a young boy being shot and killed. He explained that 2Pac wanted to go to the hood and serve as an inspiration for getting out and being successful after overcoming homelessness in the same area.
    E.D.I. explained that at first everyone was showing 2Pac love and in a split second things turned in the other direction and they found themselves running for their lives to get back to 2Pac's car safely. To hear more of what he had to say, including how a young boy was killed, hit the above clip.

When Tupac was alive many people knew who he was yes he sold 5 million but (but this is before bootlegging became so huge so lot's of people didn't he really didn't become a real household name until he died and I ain't made at acha came out video came out and showed how he predicted his own demise and all this crazy prophetic type shit and all his unreleased shit started popping off and people really saw how he was putting it down. Make no mistake he was a star but he didn't even live long enough for the fruits of his labor like royalty checks from his biggest album and movies to start rolling in yet which takes more time than he had.

      I was around too and PAC was HUGE even when he was alive. YES. His Legacy did take on a different meaning when he passed but I remember people in the HOOD loved PAC! I have always been a die hard admirer of PAC and PRINCE. PAC didn't perform much but I did see him at the China Club (He performed there twice.) I have all of his Albums, Vibe Magazine Covers, etc. I know for a fact that a LOT of people were very upset when PAC got shot in Vegas. From a Spiritual standpoint, TUPAC was ready to cross over, he was tired.
      I forgot the song but he RAPS about a man picking the time to die...well that was PAC. He was a genius and very prophetic. TUPAC was of course more than just a Rapper but many Rappers have passed on even after PAC'S death and none of them have the same impact. SO this goes to show you that he was "special".

      1992: After a performance in Marin City, California, a confrontation occurred in which Shakur pulled out his registered Colt Mustang and then allegedly dropped it. When a member of his entourage picked the gun up, a bullet discharged. The stray bullet killed 6-year-old Qa'id Walker-Teal. Shakur and his stepbrother Maurice Harding were arrested, but the charges were later dismissed. It was reported that Shakur agreed to pay a settlement of between $300,000 and $500,000 to the parents of the slain child.
      April 5, 1993: Shakur spent 10 days in a Michigan prison for beating another rapper with a baseball bat.
      October 31, 1993: Shakur was arrested for a shooting incident in Atlanta involving two off-duty cops. According to witnesses, Mark Whitwell, a police officer in Clayton County, Georgia, and Whitwell's brother Scott, a police officer in nearby Henry County, and their wives were crossing the street when they were nearly hit by a car. The officers, who were in civilian clothing, got into a verbal altercation with the driver of the car and its passengers, as well as with the occupants of a second vehicle that stopped. The evidence regarding who fired the first shot or which car Shakur was in is not clear. However, as the fight escalated, Shakur shot one policeman in the leg and the other in the buttocks. (Some witnesses say Mark Whitwell pulled a gun first.) Charges were dropped when it was determined that the officers involved were intoxicated and carrying guns taken from the police evidence room.
      November 18, 1993: Shakur was arrested for sexually abusing a 19-year-old woman, whom he'd met at a New York nightclub. Shakur allegedly sodomized and sexually abused the woman along with three of his friends. There were additional weapons charges. The sodomy and weapons charges were dropped. Shakur was sentenced to 1.5 to 4.5 years in prison, for which he served nine months (beginning February 14, 1995) at the Clinton Correctional Facility.
      November 10, 1994: Shakur, slated to star in the movie "Menace II", punched the film's director Allen Hughes for which he spent 15 days in prison. Shakur was replaced in the movie by Larenz Tate.
      November 30, 1994: Shakur was ambushed by three Black men in the lobby of a Times Square recording studio in New York City. The men robbed him of over $35,000 in cash and jewelry and shot him five times-wounding him in the head, groin, and hand.
      April 5, 1996: Shakur was sentenced to 130 days in jail for violating the terms of his bail release.

    @ 0:25 Listen to what he says "movie couldn't tell it exactly the way it happened, you knowimean statute of limitations doesn't run out on murder" that means he knows exactly who shot the kid, From what I remember they blamed 2pacs half brother or some shit. They had a civil suit, he settled. The cops supposedly even traced a bullet to a banger registered by 2pac. So most likely 2pacs brother killed the kid (Accidentally or intentional we may never know) with 2pac's gun. One can only wonder what type of shit that would do to know your own brother killed a kid (again, accidently or not) with your piece.

    • @BIGFACTSENT

    • @ExecutionStyleInc
      @ExecutionStyleInc Před 7 lety +2

      Not necessarily, the main issue is placing the gun in his hands. Given the people at that era wouldn't ever work with the police or the DA taking the case to trail would be a bitch. Top that off, even a lowly manslaughter charge would be a pain to prove in court, because 2pac and his brother were in a large crowd that had suddenly turned violent against them. They could easily make the case that they "feared for their life" causing the death to be justified. Reasonable doubt right there. Hard thing for the DA to fight.

      Not tryna dry snitch but it’s pretty obvious who it was that did the shooting. Pac got rocked off on and was in a scuffle. Mouse man rocked off on dude back so those two were scrapping. Kastro and EDI were just kids in the background and K had a broke leg on top of that so they were probably hanging back. That leaves one. Process of elimination. Rumor was it was Pacs gun, it fell out on the floor during the scuffle, someone either picked it up or when it fell it went off....but some people claim it was Mopreme who picked it up. Pac was already running before it went off, so it wasnt him, but he still felt guilty. Mopreme was also sued. The family lawsuit claims that Pac dropped the gun when he got punched and Mopreme picked it up, and Pac told him to shoot. Obviously they would say this as Pac was the moneymaker, so they had to put his name into it some way to sue him. Mopreme was charged with the killing, but charges were eventually dropped due to lack of evidence.It was a fucked up situation because it was a mob of dudes trying to beat Pac up
