Tonsils stones aren’t fun, but a brownie recipe is! Here are the ingredients: ▢ 200g / 14 tbsp unsalted butter (1 3/4 US sticks) ▢ 200 g / 1 1/4 cups dark chocolate chips (7 oz) (Note 1) ▢ 1 cup (175g) brown sugar , loosely packed ▢ 3 eggs , lightly beaten ▢ 1 tsp vanilla extract ▢ 1/2 cup (75g) plain flour ▢ 1/4 cup (30g) cocoa powder ▢ Pinch of salt ▢ 180g/6oz dark chocolate block/bar (optional) , chopped into chunks rather than shards, (bittersweet or semi-sweet, cooking chocolate) (Note 2) 1. Preheat oven to 180°C/350°F (160°C fan forced). 2. Spray a 20cm/8" square tin with oil and line with baking/parchment paper with overhang (Note 2). 3. Place butter and chocolate chips in a heatproof bowl, microwave in 30 second bursts (takes me 1m 30 sec) until melted. Stir until smooth. 4. Add sugar and vanilla, mix, then add eggs and mix well until smooth and molten. 5. Add flour, cocoa and salt and stir until smooth. Stir in chopped chocolate, pour into pan. 6. Bake 24 minutes for really gooey in the centre, 28 minutes for fudgey but still very moist (my favourie, shown in video & photos), 32 minutes for moist fudge-cake-like. (See in post for toothpick testphotos). 7. If you didn't use the extra chocolate for stirring in, reduce cook time by 2 minutes. 8. Rest for 10 minutes before lifting out of the pan. Allow to cool for at least 20 minutes before cutting. Store in an airtight container for 4 days (bet they don't last that long!) or freeze for 3 months. That is how you make brownies :)
I am part of the generation where getting tonsils out while still a child just wasn’t done. Instead, I suffered through years of strep, tonsillitis, and by the time I was in my early 30’s…these dreaded tonsil stones. I finally had them out at 31 and have been sick a total of 5 times in like 14 years. Tonsil stones are some of the most disgusting things that our body produces. Absolutely repulsive! 🤢
My husband had bad breath too. After a while he went to a dentist because he had pain, it came due to an infection of a wisdom tooth. After they removed the tooth and and the infection went away, his breath is fine
Add some salt to luke warm water, mix, then wash ur mouth ,throat area. That will disappear tonsils stones, and this was a advice given by my doctor to me and he was right 😂
Plastic Syringes with Curved Tip from Amazon also work. Smaller to hold with your mouth open. $10. In a well lit space locate the pits (in the mirror) at the back of the mouth then place the syringe as close to/in each pit and squeeze. You are so right about consuming dairy contributing to tonsil stones. I didn't know about sugar, though. One of my sons removed dairy from his diet, and he doesn't get tonsil stones anymore.
Was getting these for over 25yrs until i found out a potential solution for me. Eating little to no dairy and keeping my allegies at bay helped lessen my buildup of tonsil stones. Mine formed from post nasal drip. I only used qtips to push them out. I would be very hesitant to use toothpicks. I also do oil pulling 1-2 weekly with coconut oil to help with bacteria. Find what works for you, but it's mostly mucus buildup
@@noahplays3698 My son has same issues, but his post nasal drip is caused by horrible acid reflux irritation from a hernia that needs surgery - in the meantime, his ear, nose and throat doc has him taking Flonase in the morning and Astepro nasal sprays for the post nasal drip. It has helped him a lot.
@@noahplays3698dairy allergy was the cause of post nasal drip for me. If you eat dairy, take a break for 2 weeks and see if that helps. Respiratory allergies to dairy are not uncommon. Most people only know about the stomach issues caused by dairy. For what it's worth, I can eat sheep and goat milk and no issues. So if it is dairy causing the post nasal drip, it may just be cow's milk. You get used to sheep and goats milk. Sheep is especially good.

Sometimes is not about the tonsils. My boyfriend happened to have bad breath and when he went to the doctors, his cholesterol was kinda high which causes bad breath too. (Includes other symptoms like feeling sluggish, acne, bad breath, high blood pressure and so on)
Use a toothpick. Must warn that some people produce a short canal of that stuff. Sometimes even hocking up for spit pushes that stuff out or using your tongue to push against your tonsils we help. But still do all of the above
The waterflosser you showed as a first example saying that is too powerful actually has a knob to adjust the water pressure on 10 different levels and at minimum setting there is almost no water pressure…
Tongue scapers help alot with bad breath too! A lot of food and bacteria sticks to the back of your tongue and scapers are very cheap. Highly recommend getting one!

That is how you make brownies :)
wow hahaha, thank you for the recipe 😂
Your welcome, I wanted to help out some people and you know just take their minds away from the disgusting tonsil stones 🤢
😂 brownies do make your breath bad. Why is this a trend?
200 grams of cocai-
thank you
I am part of the generation where getting tonsils out while still a child just wasn’t done.
One other thing, if you’re breathe still sinks after brushing try brushing your tongue. That’s where the majority of bad breathe cases come from
These are really flavourful and chewy
And they smell lovely
u guys are mad disgusting
Disgusting
Girl, the smell is worse than shit 😂
Post nasal drip can cause it.
What’s that?
@@luxid413Your mucus drips into the back of your throat i think that's what he meant about post naval drip
My husband had bad breath too. After a while he went to a dentist because he had pain, it came due to an infection of a wisdom tooth. After they removed the tooth and and the infection went away, his breath is fine
Him.*speaks of how we have to brush every day*
Me.starts brushing
Add some salt to luke warm water, mix, then wash ur mouth ,throat area. That will disappear tonsils stones, and this was a advice given by my doctor to me and he was right 😂
Hopped off the vid to Google this product....Good Lord at $140 it better also brush my teeth and wash my hair too!
Plastic Syringes with Curved Tip from Amazon also work. Smaller to hold with your mouth open. $10. It takes some finessing but definitely works as this product advertises.
...[Fill syringe with your favorite but very mild mouth cleaning solution (mouthwash??). In a well lit space locate the pits (in the mirror) at the back of the mouth then place the syringe as close to/in each pit and squeeze. You'll feel the fluid flow through the pit and possibly any gunk that's in there will pop out.] It's not a long term solution but it helps in the short-term.
@@Oenohthat’s what I use! The little syringes from Amazon. Works just fine. And wayyy cheaper than this haha
For bad cases it’s a whole lot cheaper than an ENT consult and follow up im guessing tho 🤷
Use pimplepopper tinyer side wash it always and alcohol it works 👍🏼
@@Annii_Oakley_ on god lol my tonsils are huge and the syringes don’t give me the control of the flow I need to remove em from the deepest pits
Hydrogen peroxide on q tip. The bubbles make em pop right out. Save your money
Is this safe ?
@@jjv3120 I’ve been doing that for over 13 years. If u want u can dilute the qtip with water but I just use the peroxide n gargle salt water afterwards. Idk if it’s necessarily safe but it works for me I haven’t had any problems. I get tonsil stones every now and then n I don’t want my tonsils removed
@@jjv3120why not? We pour it over open wounds and nothing happens (not right to do though).
@@jjv3120 absolutely safe
Just use your tongue;)
Other side of spoon combined with little pressure works even better
I had few small tonsil stones on my left tonsil. It was uncomfortable, but it didn't hurt me
I actually pushed them out with wet q -tip
I always get so fed up I jam a plastic spoon in my hubby’s throat to extract them! 😂🤣
Pro tip: avoid dairy products and sugar and they stop forming. It’s how I got rid of mine.
Sugar definitely forms tonsils stones so bad.
Sugar doesn't seem to effect me. Dairy on the other hand will have me smelling like death within just a few days.
You are so right about consuming dairy contributing to tonsil stones. I didn't know about sugar, though. One of my sons removed dairy from his diet, and he doesn't get tonsil stones anymore.
Use pimplepopper tinyer side wash it always and alcohol it works 👍🏼
So avoid life. Got it.
I swear this guy makes educational things fun
Right I wish he was my professor right now
I was thinking “I wonder if I have tonsil stones”, until I remembered I don’t have tonsils
That thumbnail looks like a horror film monster
Please, please please please show us an routine on how you brush your teeth
Well, if you don’t have your tons, but you still have bad breath😅😔
When I get them out it’s so satisfying
Also can be sign of cancer while cancer does have a certain smell
Was getting these for over 25yrs until i found out a potential solution for me. Eating little to no dairy and keeping my allegies at bay helped lessen my buildup of tonsil stones. Mine formed from post nasal drip. I only used qtips to push them out. I would be very hesitant to use toothpicks. I also do oil pulling 1-2 weekly with coconut oil to help with bacteria. Find what works for you, but it's mostly mucus buildup
What did you do about post nasal drip.. that is my problem
@@noahplays3698oil pulling should help with that, look into it
@@noahplays3698 My son has same issues, but his post nasal drip is caused by horrible acid reflux irritation from a hernia that needs surgery - in the meantime, his ear, nose and throat doc has him taking Flonase in the morning and Astepro nasal sprays for the post nasal drip.
I cough repeatedly and most times the third cough gets it out
Not me watching this while eating ice cream..
Big thing imo is brushing your tounge. I used to have pretty bad breath despite brushing my teeth and relied on gum and mints. But brushing your tounge really well with the brush side not the back only helps a lot for me personally.
Trust me tonsil stones smell worse than an unstrapped tongue
Doesn't everybody already brush their tongues thoroughly? Because the tongue holds more bacteria than the teeth even and horrible mouth odours are usually from the tongue. Once again, isn't everyone already brushing their tongues already?
My Ex would burp the smell was as if he had farted . I would tell him to see a doctor. It was a bad smell
Is that why he's your ex?

Sometimes it just comes out if i squeeze my throat and cough (i dont get tonsils stones that often but yeah)
This product really is cool tho
I’m 74 I had really bad tonsil stones in my teen years. I didn’t know what they were. I couldn’t get them out. Every once in a while one would just come out. And damn what stench. Had my tonsils removed at 21 years old. And only through you did I even know those stinks are common
As someone without tonsils, I see this as an absolute win
For me personally,q-tips are helped very good
I would like to get more of these so that i share them with others here in my country
This is why I removed my tonsils
having removed tonsils isnt exactly a good thing.
@@notraeonI got my tonsils removed a few months ago at 21 due to having constant tonsil stones and a never ending battle with my tonsils, always swollen and looking gross and it’s the best decision ever. No sore throats or anything and the recovery wasn’t as bad as people say
@@YinZoid if you are having problems with tonsils, then it would be a good idea to remove them. i think you probably made a good decision. but if youre not having any real constant issues with them in the first place, removing them could just mean youre a lot more prone to disease and sickness.
@@notraeon why is it bad? I had mine removed when i was 9 years old, i was sick and had a cold almost all the time. After they removed them (removed those in my nose aswell) i barely gotten sick.
Bro when i cough the my tonsil stone will pew!💀
😂 and ewww at the same time
That happened to me once, I was so scared 😳
That is literally how I found out about them 😅
My math teacher in my school:
You’re awesome! Subscribed!
I use those pimple extraction tools, makes it so easy
Same here, they pop right out
Sameeee I thought i was the only one 😂
How do you use them
My gag reflex doesn't let me.
Bro how has literally no dentist ever told me this
Sometimes is not about the tonsils. My boyfriend happened to have bad breath and when he went to the doctors, his cholesterol was kinda high which causes bad breath too. (Includes other symptoms like feeling sluggish, acne, bad breath, high blood pressure and so on)
Tbh sometimes my tonsil just pops out because either I move my mouth a lot or saying something out loud a lot
What i appreciate is that though it is an advertisement, he did answer the question and define the issue.
Yea I don’t bad breath but I won’t pay 150$ for it either
Use pimplepopper tinyer side wash it always and alcohol it works 👍🏼
My dad has the black one of the aqua, clean duo:0
Use a toothpick. Must warn that some people produce a short canal of that stuff. Sometimes even hocking up for spit pushes that stuff out or using your tongue to push against your tonsils we help. But still do all of the above
Don’t have tonsils gang ---->
i dont have tonsils and adenoids

The waterflosser you showed as a first example saying that is too powerful actually has a knob to adjust the water pressure on 10 different levels and at minimum setting there is almost no water pressure…
Drink plenty of water after meals, to flush out the remaining food particles. Did wonders for me, haven't had tonsil stones for 5 years plus now.
The waterpik you guys sell is too expensive for me :(

Tongue scapers help alot with bad breath too! A lot of food and bacteria sticks to the back of your tongue and scapers are very cheap. Highly recommend getting one!

They re 140$!!!! That’s more than half of what I just spent on an AC window unit. I’d love to have one because I have a lot of issues with my tonsils, but I can afford that.
I bought a tonsil stone syringe off Amazon. Super cheap and works really well
Yesssss tonsils are so delicate and prone to excessive bleeding. You can bleed to death through your tonsils (adult tonsillectomy is so risky for bleeding). Need to be gentle on them!
My new fear:
this was such a great idea. thanks Bentist.
Try oil pulling too!
The only doctor I trust. Thanks Ben.
Had my tonsils removed in emergency surgery because of tonsil stones. It made a huge difference in my life.
Just Carefully use the tartar remover stick (the one you use the small mirror with) lol
I saw doctor berg talking about this and he said that's because of Beneficial bacteria in The intestines need to be increased, and eating fermented foods helps in this❤
