I recommend gargling with an antibacterian mouthwash looking at the ceiling (to make sure it reaches back and really gets into the tonsil cranes and “pockets”) and to stick out your tongue and move it (this allows some of the closed “pockets” to open up, making it even easier for the mouthwash to reach all areas).
Do this specially after you are sick or had a cold, and you’ve had a lot of phlegm going on.
I do have a tonsil stone remover from Amazon in which i only use the syringe with slightly warm clean water or physiological saline solution to softly “shoot” the cranes or “pockets” and clean the little tiny bacteria or tiny stones that will eventually turn into big smelly ones.
Hope this info is usefull, have a good one and fresh breaths 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼

Someone told me once to try taking probiotics and floss good and clean your tongue good and gargle salt water. Post nasal drip and sinus problems are a major causes of them forming too. Maybe taking oral probiotics will help too. But the salt water gargle will help eliminate the bacteria. The post nasal drip causes your tonsils to swell up which allows to help the bacteria get trapped in there. Ive noticed for me it gets worse when i eat dairy for some damn reason. Once i cut out eating a lot of dairy it doesnt happen to me so much anymore. The only cure there is right now is a tonsillectomy(removal or lancing of tonsils) i wont remove my tonsils because tonsils are a backup immune system for your body so if you dont want to remove them then all you can do is manage it by doing the other things i mentioned. Keep good oral hygiene, floss, tongue scrape, salt water gargle, oral probiotics, gargling with oxygenating mouthwash will also help as for the anaerobic bacteria thats in the tonsil stones absolutely hate oxygen. I started getting tonsil stones when i was 26 years old right after i had strep and i ate a lot of dairy. Sucks but it can happen to anyone. Antibiotics dont cure tonsil stones. Tonsil stones are calcified material with anaerobic bacteria in them. Look up what kills anaerobic bacteria. Cut out eating a lot of dairy. Eat more oxygenating foods as well think vitamin c foods. Hope any of this helps for the ones who are looking for helpful answers. I liked the joking comments it made me laugh too but for those who are serious i hope what i said helps you

Tonsils stones aren’t fun, but a brownie recipe is!
    Here are the ingredients:
    ▢ 200g / 14 tbsp unsalted butter (1 3/4 US sticks)
    ▢ 200 g / 1 1/4 cups dark chocolate chips (7 oz) (Note 1)
    ▢ 1 cup (175g) brown sugar , loosely packed
    ▢ 3 eggs , lightly beaten
    ▢ 1 tsp vanilla extract
    ▢ 1/2 cup (75g) plain flour
    ▢ 1/4 cup (30g) cocoa powder
    ▢ Pinch of salt
▢ 180g/6oz dark chocolate block/bar (optional) , chopped into chunks rather than shards, (bittersweet or semi-sweet, cooking chocolate) (Note 2)
    1. Preheat oven to 180°C/350°F (160°C fan forced).
    2. Spray a 20cm/8" square tin with oil and line with baking/parchment paper with overhang (Note 2).
    3. Place butter and chocolate chips in a heatproof bowl, microwave in 30 second bursts (takes me 1m 30 sec) until melted. Stir until smooth.
    4. Add sugar and vanilla, mix, then add eggs and mix well until smooth and molten.
    5. Add flour, cocoa and salt and stir until smooth. Stir in chopped chocolate, pour into pan.
    6. Bake 24 minutes for really gooey in the centre, 28 minutes for fudgey but still very moist (my favourie, shown in video & photos), 32 minutes for moist fudge-cake-like. (See in post for toothpick testphotos).
    7. If you didn't use the extra chocolate for stirring in, reduce cook time by 2 minutes.
    8. Rest for 10 minutes before lifting out of the pan. Allow to cool for at least 20 minutes before cutting. Store in an airtight container for 4 days (bet they don't last that long!) or freeze for 3 months.
That is how you make brownies :)

I am part of the generation where getting tonsils out while still a child just wasn’t done. Instead, I suffered through years of strep, tonsillitis, and by the time I was in my early 30’s…these dreaded tonsil stones. I finally had them out at 31 and have been sick a total of 5 times in like 14 years.
Tonsil stones are some of the most disgusting things that our body produces. Absolutely repulsive! 🤢
