I would argue that we are not mimicking nature, we are manipulating it to controlled perfection 👌🏼
Me and my wife have just booked a holiday to Budapest in May from the UK.
Finally after all this time watching your videos I can actually come and see you all and your amazing scapes. Just need to break the news to my wife 😂
Don't worry, she'll love the city. Come to Green Aqua but go to a steam bath afterwards. :)
That’s exactly what we did was a awesome trip! Thank you Tommy
@@GreenAquaShop That's what we shall do. Lots of exploring to be done👍
I like hearing the thought process behind a scape, and also the insight into what equipment is used. More like this, please.
Also, I can't wait for Victor to work his magic. 😄👍
Thanks for your words! 😃Promise i will be there in the next one - Viktor 😋
Really liked this hardscape! lets see how planting goes in the next video, thanks for sharing!
Beautiful mind and talented people of green aqua with another awesome tank build
Thanks so much! Glad you like this build, thanks for the support.
Thank you so much for this. I have an aquarium almost this size (180 x 50 x 55 cm) in my not-so-big living room for over 4 years, and I´m collecting ideas for a future (and brave) renovation. 😂
Your work is always amazing and a "very happy 2024" for all the people at Green Aqua!
Looking forward for the next one!
Wow This thing is so big it looks like you could have a mermaid. I love the Hardscape and I cannot wait until next time for the plants!
Wow! Wow! Wow!
💚
wow what an nice hardscape again! cant wait to see next week..thanks!
Glad you like it. Stay tuned! Cheers 👍
TÜRKÇE ALT YAZI Olduğu için seni anlayıp abone oldum .Mükemmel çalışmalar .seni tebrik ederim.Çok izleyenlerin olsun. İnşAllah
SUV's aren't practical where I live. If I had one, I would have picked up my Juwel Rio 240 myself. Had it delivered. But for now I don't need to go larger. And hardscape for it fits in a Suzuki Alto. 😉
Can't wait to see the planting and to see this one completed!
Yeah, I agree, there are only a few situations where and SUV would be justified.
Balazs very nice scape once again. Aquascapers can literally make an interesting documentary about balancing rocks and wood, creating terrace, imagine the layout...a dimension most people wont zone into...but thats the beauty of it...
And yeah I do take some inspiration from guys who are smarter than me...like Balazs, Tommy, Victor and Greenaqua team..
Man my adhd is not coping well with 2 part videos haha, too exciting! :P :(
LOL, agreed, luckily notifications work...
I love your smile, Balazs, and I really love the Amazonia soil)
My first aquarium with ADA soil lived a very long time, about 7 years. And I put some of this old soil into the new tanks and they work quickly.
Wow, good to have news of old aquariums. I'd love to keep my favorite scape for 7 years.
@@GreenAquaShop my scapes was very simple, my scapes were always very simple, the rating was in the middle of the IAPLC list, so they lived for a long time))
Beautiful aquascape! You are my reference for my CZcams channel. Thank you for your content.
Thanks for watching, glad to inspire! 💚
Great video 👍
Thanks! 🙏💚
Balázs it's true. When I came to Canada my first car was a 1979 Ford Thunderbird. It ate more gasoline than the Zil truck back home. The Zil ate 22-24 liters and my T-bird ate 27 liters. Even right now I drive a 6-cylinder Chrysler/Dodge Grand Caravan. 3.4-litre engine. Yeah, the big tank starts here over 100 US gallons. That is 378 litres and more. The largest standard tank in my LFS is 8' long x 3' wide and 30" inches tall. Bigger than that you have to custom order it. So yes on this side of the pond, everything is bigger cause we have space for it. I mean Canada is just a little shy of the size of the whole of the Europe continent including Russia until the Ural mountain. 742 million people in it and in Canada only 40 million. The least populous country in the world. lol. More than 103 times bigger than Hungary. lol. Balázs with so much wood stones and soil in the tank is about 50% gone. So that 175 gal tank of about 85 gal is used for the fish. Cause some for the plants and from the top about a good inch or about 3 centimeters is the water level. So about 80 1" fish could go in. Or just 65-70 cause they will grow a little. Yeah, I'm looking forward to the planting. TY for the video! Tommy has an all-automated system on it. Sadly the only thing the most hateful thing the cleaning the glass and the water changing and the general maintenance can't be automated. Well, some water changing but the filter has to be manual and the wiping off the glass inside because the fish not doing a good job at it just a spotted job. lol. Could you tell me approximately how much it would cost the whole thing excluding the fish?
Very very nice my friend❤
Bravo from Romania Dracula land ❤🎉😊
Cheers, Florentin!
Wow! If I could like I would, I would try somerhing like this... but I have nor the space nor the money 😅 this hardscape looks very natural and I'm looking forward to the planting
Yeah, this is definitely excessive. LOL
This is gorgeous! Have you considered something like putting lava rock into mesh bags in the back in order to build up the back without using so much aquasoil? Is there a down side to doing so? How do you keep the residents of the tank from shifting the soil forward over time?
Yeah, we have, but I did not have anybody to crush them for me. LOL.
Happy New Year Green Aqua! It is a great hardscape no complaining, it just perfect.
still waiting for Indonesian ScapeMasters invitation lol
Excellent content 👌
Thanks! 💚👍
No problem, brother 🙏 Your channel is awesome 👍
This is what I need on an unproductive working from home day 😂
Craig, this is Nick from HR, please contact me asap.
LOL.
😂@@HardstyleGamerz
I’m from across the pond and drive an extended cab pick up truck. Also I must have a tank this size one day. Go big or go home 😂
LOL, go girl!
Mantap mister 🥳
🙏👍
Ihr müsst einfach Philip einladen. Der baut euch das 😂. Er ist der Beste 🚀👍
Next time when they visit us we will do this 🤣Cheers to our friends from Liquid Nature here as well 💚
650l rimless, that must be heavy and with thick glass, but definitely something to look at (esp. after completion). Top-look as usual! Tech-wise also interesting. Eheim has some interesting features nowadays.
Large tanks are something else, I've got 714l low-tech planted (12mm float, with glass rims). I was considering bigger, but limited it at 198cm length because of elevator, 60cm depth and width because of maintenance.
Yeah, rimless is another dimension. Easier to maintain, water surface part of the living space, etc.
What is the big tank at the end of the video? It’s stunning!
I don't know if you have a video about how much weight can be put on the bottom glasspanel before the breaking point...maybe interesting to know? Greetings from Belgium/Europe.
Oh, a lot! Check out our square-base 90 cm waterfall tank!
hey @greenaqua I've always wanted to ask you. What do you do with your old scape material? Like rocks and wood that has been used in your tanks. You seem to re-do the scapes every month or so ...
The majority of them is reused in some form. Either in the showroom or on client projects. We usually redo the aquariums in every 8-12 months.
Thats like 1000 $ in just soil 😮
Money does not matter when it comes to tanks this big and a hobby we're dedicated to.
I have a question , you use soil and a ph control? How ?
Wow! That's about £600 gpd just for the ADA Amazonia Ver2.😮 You gotta be super rich to keep rescaping. 😂
LOL, big tank big pleasure.
A tank of this size is best to have a sump filtration system to accommodate the bio load. The 2 canister filters would clog much quicker and needs frequent maintenance. Correct me if I am wrong.
I believe this size is the upper limit for the external filters. They work fine, but anything bigger and we'd need a sump.
170 Gallons? I think you'll only have room for around 10 gallons of water in there now 😄 Looks beautiful.
nice video, u should one of the new equipment on details, sounds interesting, cherrs from Argentina
Cheers, will occasionally do, thanks for the encouragement.
So you recommend to turn on UV during the day? Could you give advice about UV lamp in aquarium? How does it work with proficient bacteria?
Actually, UV radiation is strongest during the day, so you could keep it on during the day and turn it off for the night.
@@GreenAquaShop how long to turn on the UV lamp? and when using it, do you add more micro and iron, how much more? . apparently the lamp breaks down iron chelates
👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Cheers! 👍
A gyári szettekben található világítások egyszerűbb növényekhez elegendők. Kompromisszummentes növényezéshez érdemes a lámpákat cserélni.
Could you please tell me how to keep my drift wood from floating
I have 75gallon tank
Érdemes lenne egy narrátoros sorozatot indítani az elkészült videókból.. NAT Geo vagy Discovery stílusban.. szerintem sokaknak tetszene..
what material do you use to join wood and stone in the video at 7.57? Sintepon?
It's filter floss.
Thank you
Hi.. does UV light kills beneficia bacteria in the tank ?
UV kills all bacteria that goes through its light, but most of your beneficial bacteria lives in your filter not in the water itself.
15 bags... money talks... You could just raise the level and fill with half the soil bags.
You're lucky no one stops you with a reality check ;D
Happy new year to all the team members!
LOL, do you need evidence. :) But indeed, we could have filled the thing with crushed lava stones.
From 🇷🇺 with 👍
🙏👍
Wouldn‘t it be more sensible (both way cheaper [even though money generally doesn’t really factor in with your builds 😅] and better for substrate circulation) to mainly use crushed lava rock or other coarse gravel as the main layer for elevation and aqua soil only for the top 7-10 cm instead of stacking a whopping 15 bags of soil as high as 30(?) cm at places? Sounds like a waste and potential circulation problems to me, but you might have had other experiences?
The result is optically very pleasing though, as usual ❤
PLEASE DO A BETTA SORORITY!!!
we already did, thanks for watching us.
my 120p is aldy giving me headache 😅 considering i'm the only person scaping and maintaining it.
13:58 what plant is this?
can i use Sicce 200 on 46 liter aquarium ?
Sure, just restrict the flow if needed on the outlet.
the problem is , i have shrimp and small fish and i wanna use the glass lily pibe is it fine ?
@@GreenAquaShop
if i adjust the flow . it will affect my canister?
Please check my 340 Gallon/ 1300L scape Tank ❤ It's still not perfect but I think it could be interesting to you
Wow, big space there!
@@GreenAquaShop Yeah! It' s a amazing :-)
You need an SUV to carry 650 litres tank….. 😂
Me i just need a baby bike 😢😢😢
🤣😘
LOL. The pleasure of scaping and enjoying a tank is the same, regardless of size.
