Uk viewer here, came to the shop for the first time whilst on vacation in Budapest last week. What a pleasure it was, came back to find this video as this scape was incredible to see in-person. Thankyou for making my trip special!
Как же красиво!!! Смотрю и узнаю много нового. Смотреть приходиться по несколько раз, т.к. хочется увидеть всё, но глаза бегают по субтитрам))) и пропускаешь то что вы делаете. Спасибо вам!!!
Excellent work. The two of you make an incredible team. I love it; I wasn't so sure when you were putting all that moss on the wood, but what a great appearance in the end. Can't wait to see this in a few months, it'll look immense. Take care.
Thanks so much Phil. 💚Yeah, we rushed a lot with the planting, as the setup process was a little long. With more detailed work, we would trim the moss into small chunks and only glue that. Well, this is the lazy way 😜but we will shape it as it progress. I can't wait to see the stem grow and give a rich background to the tank.
Another Awesome Tank Setup, Hardscape was mesmerizing, Plants Wow that is huge, I love Green Aqua especially for the dense plantation, three weeks video are extremely good shows a Great Progress in plant growth, I will eagerly wait for the 4k Cinematic and want to See the full potential of this tank Hats off Green Aqua and Thank You Very Much Green Aqua, and I am really enjoying the Beautiful World of Aquascaping
Hi Green Aqua, This tank is looking amazing just love the wood 😍 Keep up the good work 💪💪 And hope to see your guys next year at vivarium 🙏 With love from the netherlands 👋👋
The transition with the sand in the middle is dope! I found that quire hard to replicate. Also do you somehow prevent the white fungi to form on the hardscape? Lastly, do you ever get snail infection from non-in-vitro plants? Cheerz!
Hi Mr.Viktor and Mr.Balazs. That is a wonderful tank!! Im impressed by the bright background. Did you use a Led Background or white Decal ? Thank you so muchhh ❤
Well, this is an extremely good work with stones, wood too, but no. 1 are the SHADOWS... gorgeous.. BUT, why do you guys hate your maintenance team so much? So much moss... in few months would be my tank overtaken by moss.. crazy. Cross te fingers and cheers, of course :D
Hello Green Aqua, thank you again for this fantastic landscape. Just a question: I'm going to use twisted root in my new tank, do you have any advice for using this wood? Did you have any brown water issues or did you soak your roots before using them?
Its been a while since I commented, but i keep on watching. Its been a while since i've seen this type of video. I really really really really liked this one. Its also a great inspirational video. I think i am going to try to do a similar tank. 2 questions, how do the plants thrive in the inate substrate? And 2, i've never planted moss in substrate, is it a special type of moss?
Hey Tom, thanks for your feedback, glad you like the video 😀👍Plants will do well in inert substrate too, but you need to add more nutrients to the substrate to have decent growth. The result will not be the same as the clay soils, but it will look good too. The moss was flame moss which grows upwards. Very slow moss, but gives a special touch to any layout 👍
Luis builds lovely tanks. 👍We love them too! Let's see how this tank will progress. The end shot was too early. Probably 3 weeks after the start. After 2-3 months, the stems will show their full colors.
Excellent aesthetics, great use of red and shape, maybe still a little too much hardscape for me but a great look, the artistry is way above anything I even aspire to, the cosmetic sand is for others to keep pristine...and keep trimming. Let's be candid, twice a week small trims, once a fortnight significant?
🙋🏽♂️PLEASE, guys, help me out, 'cause I wonder if planting in a innert substrate as sand will require the use of some ferts capsules. Will it or not? Thanks in advance!
@@GreenAquaShop I learned that technique here in this channel and from than on I've been using it on my personal tanks (I got 2, after I've turned myself into a "greenaquaner"😍)
u said at the start that many tanks in iaplc used smaller plants in front and stems in back to get prespective. but isn't it the other way around where bigger plants in front smaller in back will give better depth?
I guess once the depth was achieved through the hardscape (perspective, big pieces in front/small in the back) and soil elevation towards the back as well, the stem plants would look as "small plants" on the tank's overall picture. But, as I mentioned in the beginning of this comment, I guess...😀
hello, in this video Balaš plants eloharis mini and cryptocoryna parva in the sand of ada la plata, is that ok? will those plants be able to develop properly only with feeding through the water column. and one more question, what is the layer (cm) of la plata in the foreground
You can plant these into sand, yes, but growth will be slower, and it will need a year or two to develop a full carpet, obviously, here we didn't want a carpet... The thickness should be enough to hold the plant roots in place. Maybe 3-4 cm.
Actually, it is. You don't really see them at the end of the video, because as we mentioned during the setup they did not have time to grow higher and cover the top part of the layout before we released the video. If you check back later, you'll see that they will dominate the scape. Cheers, thx for watching.
@@GreenAquaShop I did, I also saw the part where you were talking about low height for stem plants in your aquariums and you end the layout with soil nearly to the top at sides... I feel like you wanted to show something you are not able to do. Sorry. But if you talk about stem plants aquarium and you hide most of its parts behind hard scape and the surface you cover with them is maybe half or less of the bottom - it is just a joke...
They are not forever ones but keeping them on a long term. Sure would be possible, but visitors are always after new ideas. So we rotate the layouts every year
@@GreenAquaShop thanks. I’m planning on a nano with base 45x32cm so plant budget not really an issue. I’d estimated about 15 pots (it’s going to be Dutch style). But if you recommend a higher density let me know the sq cm that one pot will fit optimally and I’ll recalculate each of my species based on that.
Yup will do that within 2-3 months for sure. Maybe a maintenance vid as well later. Wil double-check the review. It would be nice to do that soon. We have a lot of things in the pipeline, but some fresh community fun would be awesome!
Nah, he did extremely well. He is very strong on hardscape construction, so I focused more on planting. We're a great team! 👍The videos are recorded at different times. This one was during our opening hours when we easily get distracted.
I really loved your channel and all the work you put into your tanks. However, I do not agree anymore with the high Tec aquariums practices. Making gorgeous aquariums that only look good for a few hours and need lots of maintainance is not something sustainable. Changing so much water to get rid of fertilizers is not good, as water is not an unlimited resource. Dumping water with lots of fertilizer into the drain is not good for the enviroment either The more sustainable and aquarium is, the less impact it has on the enviroment has to be a goal for everyone in the hobby.

Yeah!!! I love this classic style with stems! Love the driftwood design as well, great job :)
I love stem plants but they are definitely for people with fewer tanks, and those of us that like getting their arms wet quite often.
Yup agree 👍 also need much more time to develop. But their colors are just mesmerizing
I am one of those people.
I like it!
😀👍
As someone who loves stem plants, this tank is a great inspiration. Plus, this is the first time I learned that flame moss can be planted!
So happy to see a scape with a plant focus. Love the contrast you guys put with the green and red stems.
Beautiful aquarium
Glad to read you like it 👍

Absolutely stunning! The contrast in the color is just gorgeous and those red stems are absolutely breathtaking!
Please do more natural style, i always love your works, but natural ADA style would be amazing, love from indonesia guys

That moss looks so good on the wood!
Moss is always awesome! Just need to keep them healthy 😜

Thanks so much. 🙏The background is only a decal. The pendant light is so strong that it easily illuminates the background
@@GreenAquaShop Thanks for reply. It’s very helpful
Glad if i was help 👍
I like a dark decal more than a light decal. It would make the tank look deeper.
And more contrasty, but we have a standard look in the showroom. It would not look good in the overall pic with a different background. 👍
Wunderschön👏👏👏
Thank you for your kind words. 🙏😇

How to combine the desired acid ph (6.8, 6.6) for planted tanks and shrimps & snails? I really need to know that...
I have been using amazonia light for about 3 month and actually I have the same problems. The stems are rotting. 0 nitrate and 0 fosfate.
Just dose more nitrate. If you forgot to use power sand, you need more fertilizers and root sticks in a high-light aquarium.
Mantap 🥳

Great work, guys! Congrats!
Why do you put pieces of perlon between rocks?
To avoid the soil falling down in between the rocks mainly. 👍

For the density you’re planting stems here approx what area does one Tropica grow pot cover, is it about 10x10cm (100cm2)?
You can plant it more densely for faster results. But 10x10 is a good starting point. 👍
