The Iron Giant looks like a very cool character concept, but he is gonna be very hard to balance out in the long run. He probably needs damage buffs and knock back resistance to make up for his huge hit box imo.

Knock back resist would just make him even bigger combo food.

He's the heaviest characters in the game dude. He doesn't need knockback resistance cause he basically already has it
I really appreciate the fact that Multiversus developers maintain Iron Giant's pacifist behavior. Most of his normal moves are just him playing with scrap and he hursts opponent by accident. The references to the movie are also great. I'm defenetly going to main him.

I feel like iron giant should be like the size of bowser at least because having a big character with a large hit box can cause easy combos and juggling. But my other suggestion is make him have more damage or make his attacks a bit more faster
eh, I like the idea of Iron Giant being, well, giant, and I know i'm not the onlu person to share this opinion. Making him the size of Bowser would probably upset a lot of people.
Well yes some people might get mad over how WB would change the size into the recommendation I said or something different but I’m just saying the size of iron giant is his down fall if they make him big but not too big (pause) I feel like he would be more fun to play
@@notsoserious8511 Once you know his move sets and understand how he plays, he can be a rewarding character to play. Compared to other characters, he's not that easy to play in 1's, but performs really well in 2's. I feel that you need to have a lot of patience to properly master the Iron Giant.

Well, the huge hitbox and slow attacks make up for what could be an actual death machine. His attacks do multiple hits and can be extremely rewarding when you master it. Also it preserves his character. I also think they might nerf him. His role as a tank in duos is right where he needs to be an even in solos he gets a lot of HUGE attacks. Honestly I was worried about what they would do to cause it seemed like a very hard thing to give him a place in these types of games, but they did it so well.
He definitely needs faster hits as most characters can easily juggle him and stun him during his attacks, although they could introduce something like super armor from smash when he performs the longer attacks so as they hit him he can tank the hit and send that b- to the shadow realm.
Also a damage buff, hes a war bot from a different planet, he is a pasafits now but hes still a massive metal bot.

I really like how the IG works. He’s a pretty strong character, but you’re a huge target with really slow attacks.

I personally love him and if the leaks ate true and Gidzilla eventually comes out then if they continue to add a mixture of large characters like King Kong or they could literally add sauron or tree beard as larger characters then I feel like he would be much better as there would be bigger characters to take out the other big character or something

To people saying "Why does MultiVersus have a price tag?" or something like that, it's because it's the founder's pack. If you want Early Access, just follow my instructions:
1) Make a WB Account for MultiVersus. (Make sure you link whatever you can link to your WB account, linking Twitch is the important one).
2) Watch a MultiVersus stream with drops enabled (usually drops at around an hour).
3) When the Early Access drops, go and claim it on ur Twitch.
4) Go to the WB website and go to the MultiVersus Tab (I prefer you go on ur computer for this).
5) Click the Twitch drops there and press the claim at the final step of what the website tries to tell you.
6) Just follow the claiming process and you should be good.
I hope I help those in confusion of the steps and random prices. I hope I explained much to an understandable explanation. Have a Good Day!

Have been running iron giant doubles with my friend online and have to say that team could be a threat to comp
i was playing today and every time i played against an iron giant it felt like the enemy was down a teammate cause he was so massive that me and my friend would just continuously juggle him and just focus him to make it where he couldn’t touch the ground
Thats where his shield comes into play so you can grab them and throw them upwards or in a combo
Imo iron giant seems like a top tier after enough time passes. Hes tthe wizard lizard of this game along with tomm and jerry. I think he just needs some knockback resist and a slight size decrease. Right now hes a tad too big. He should be slightly shorter than most platforms but eh its fine.

Iron giant is hella fun.
Iron giant need some hyper armour (I think that’s the word) what I mean by that is. When you get hit you’re staggered or stunned for a sec. Hyper armour allows you to keep moving or throwing your attack. Even though you got hit, it doesn’t stagger you because that move you did has hyper armour. For example for honor, the fat samurai guy. He can throw attacks and not be interrupted. They either need to give the man some hyper armour or nerf his size. Or give him more hit points
Hit points don't work like that hahaha. But some of his moves do have armor. From my short time with the character he's really good in 2s but his large size makes him more difficult to use in singles. That being said I've only played a few games with him, and I've loved it lol. Overall maybe some small tweaks like a little more armor but he feels pretty balanced. Not broken by any means but also not trash
He does need more armour. Especially on grab. I feel like every character thought is lacking in armor.

The severs were so hard to get in at first but later on it took a minute or more to find a match

Iron giant is actually pretty good as I main him and haven't found many problems except his big hit box bit the rest can easily be handled with, with time and care
He kinda is limited on Scooby-Doo map + is punching-bag for good assassin players (Especially Arya mains).
He is good, Low A-Tier tbh for me.

As an giant main i think he can be better in 1v1 so you dont have 2 people focusing on a big target but then again using his cannon ball can get people off of you

I would say Iron giant is a good fighter but he is very dependable you basically have to hope it's not a indoor map or else you will get hit to edge of the map and get spiked he can feel very slow and just feel like a tank with no ammo

He is a “balanced” character I’d say, but you need a lot of practice with him before he gets good

The problem with Iron Giant isn’t entirely his size. I find that his attacks are way too slow. A majority of the characters are so fast paced and spam combos so fast it’s really hard to even get attacks off sometimes.
