Does anyone know how to get to the camera feature. It gave me a message that I had 13 photos but I have no idea what I took or how to get to them. I had just been touching the camera when it appears.
Mine worked for 6 months but yesterday lost charge and now won't turn back on even if left on the charger over night. Any suggestions on how to fix it?
I thought so too and I had just received it today. After charging it, make sure the charger is facing the top. Bottom middle of your screen, hold your finger to it until it vibrates (about 5 seconds). It should turn on.
After you setup the app, you should be able to click on Settings (bottom right) > Image Icon (top centre). It should give you access to your weight and height.
The time is supposedly linked to your phone. Have not really tried to change the settings, but it seems to work fine on mine. Make sure to synch the device and app with your phone and it should work fine.
Sleep function only works at night not while you 're having a short nap during the day.
But still a good product for that price!

Mine charges but won't turn on. The screen is black once I unplug it and I can't get it to work. Sending it back. Garbage !

Yes you have to read the instructions that tell you to press the lower part of screen for 5 seconds to turn on

Pull the band off just pull hard till the purple pot is exposed connect it to a regular charger adapter and plug in or connect to USB on laptop
