- Huge news in Gabby Petito's case. Brian Laundrie called his Dad, Christopher Laundrie on August 29 in a 'frantic' call and said Gabby was 'gone' and he needed a lawyer.

Those parents were hiding Gabbys murder from day 1..they behaved terribly towards her Family..surely there is something they can be charged with?
I don't know if they can be charged in WY, as in FL, families of suspects are allowed to aid and abet them, without penalty. Bizarre as that is.
That needs to stop in Florida. Or where ever and let it be decided on each case .
Let's hope they get justice. How awful that his parents knew the whole time and they did nothing.

Yeah if that was my kid, I would take him to the police station and get him to tell them where her body was, no way I would let my son hide, it’s even worse because she lived with his parents as well, you have to be pretty sick to pretend you don’t know anything.
@crimeanalyst I hope there is justice and accountability in Gabby`s case and that we must honour Gabby and her parents specifically.

There’s (very slight) poetic justice in the fact they no longer have their son as a result of them trying to save him from the consequences of his own actions. That being said more slight justice would be them to pay out in the lawsuit.

FL law gives families of suspects legal protection.
Escape from what? Brian had not been charged with anything at the time.
@@marycahill546 he was guilty and told his parents what happened stole her van and then people saw him running from the house and called the police then one time the cops were following him they thought he was home but he wasn’t . They thought they knew where he was.
Sick parents . How they spared no thought for poor Gabys parents. This case shook everyone

just goes to show how pro predator some people are, no wonder the world is like it is, this is exactly why i always say the pro predators are just as much the problem as the insidious predators themselves.

They cut their grass and carried on normal …they need to be charged they cared more for their lawn than than poor Gaby’s remains and knew about her out there it’s beyond comprehension
Yes they said nothing for 14 days before Gabby was reported missing and continued to carry on as normal. Despicable

This is a huge reveal its case. I came looking for a playlist of your breakdown of the Gabby Petito case but I don’t see a playlist maybe I’m missing some technological skills and it actually is there if not I’ll create one on my own channel because I do believe a study of this case is critical for the development of young women for their safety and also critical for the development of those who are commissioned to protect Women of all ages and their children
They did nothing illegal. Gaby had not even been reported missing yet. Brian was not charged with anything. It is not against the law to stay silent. It's sad for everyone. The Pettitos lost a daughter, and the Laundries lost their son. I don't see how a civil court case fixes anything.
Of course they knew...and how about Robertas letter? Someday I would like to hear what a psychoanalyst would say about Roberta and her sons relationship. To my mind, Roberta is responsible for both those young peoples deaths. I don't usually go for the all too common let's "blame mom" thing, but in this case? I do.
