The Pioneers of Dark Wave. There's a reason they're still performing more than 40 years later. Jam packed venues. Fans of all ages (yes, there are quite a few 60-somethings).

I've seen them in person before and I was there for this and this was literally so disappointing. They are usually so amazing live too and sound just as great or even better than the record. But they had to play new songs and not their best hits for a crowd of people coming for just that, when they only have time for 20 minutes. They were totally outshined by every band there and it sucked because they're so great
That's not correct. They did not do new songs. Check the set list and you will see. I thought they were fine.

Underwhelming
Tip of the iceberg observation. Similar observation made by spotters in the crow's nest on the titanic. COX set was 30 minutes long, at a festival, during the daytime. Attend a full performance, at night, then judge. Formed more than 40 years ago, these pioneers of dark wave still perform in front of jam packed venues throughout the world.

It was a short and sweet set. Like many of their songs. I've seen them many times and they are always great.
