    Weld a wider plate on it for your feet

    I have one of these, I assembled it yesterday. It's just jerky, stiff and doesn't align well. Not really impressed at all.
    I'm also from Melbourne myself, not too far from Lifespans head office actually. Hoping for a solution.
    Did you have any issues with it being a jerky, unaligned, stiff mess? I've used silicone lube, wd40 and tried 3 in 1 oil.

    Great video. Question do you think this leg press could accommodate someone that’s 6’3” tall ? Are would getting a full arrange of motion be a problem? Please advise thanks

      Hey mate, thanks for that. Yeah I do think that it would be abit too small for you. I am 6ft and it is a struggle for me to actually sit inside and when my legs fully extended, it feels like I’m extending the machine to the Max. For the price of it, it’s a great machine for a home gym and worth it if you need a leg machine that doesn’t use much space, but It is definitely abit small

    So now after 6 months how do you like it? Is it really comparable to a normal 45 degree legpress? Any negatives with it?

      Hey mate, Thanks for your comment. Yeah after 6 months I don’t really have anything bad to say about it. The only thing is that it is about small for taller people with longer legs, but for the price of the machine and the little space it takes up, it’s great for a home gym. And I am a big fan of the angle actually, you get such a good stretch. You can’t push as much weight on it as a 45 degree leg press, but the stretch and squeeze feels amazing with even light weight. It’s also so good for calf raises. I definitely do recommend it if you get a chance to use one

    Hey mate sweet vid, I got one coming! Does it put a lot of pressure in the knees it seems by most the videos I seen people are using there toes to push of vs heel

    • @kobraathletics1814
      @kobraathletics1814  Před 3 lety +2

      Oh beautiful they’re a great machine. And nah it actually feels really good on the knees, it’s never been an issue for me. I think the reason most people push with their toes on this (me included) is because the tightness in the hamstrings. Because of the position you’re lying in, It stretches your hammies really well, but if they’re tight, it’s hard to get the full extension pushing with a flat foot or heel hahaha. Let me know how you go with it 👌
