Madonna Electronics introduced a new technology called PULSATOR. Its a mechanism for ringing church bell automatically. RTC, GSM & RF REMOTE technologies are used in this device. User can ring bell using remote and telephone or by manual switching.

This small bell showed in 1:42 was made in Poland. The linear engine was made by Firma Rduch in Poland

This isn't new technology. Motorized strikers like this have been used in Europe for decades. A bell that does not swing loses half it's sound output as well as that beautiful Doppler effect of a moving bell.
