Dojo standards/comparisons - 10yr old step over kihon "Ido" black belt test

Given 10 year old & under black belts tests are rare, I mentioned a couple of weeks ago I would post our latest 10 year old to receive junior shodan (black belt) so we have a good measure of standards across dojos(s).
