The 1400 Hz frequency is believed to be a therapeutic frequency that can help with pain relief, muscle relaxation, and even emotional balance. It's a low-frequency sound wave that is thought to stimulate the release of endorphins, which are natural painkillers in the body.
Listening to this frequency for a few minutes each day may help reduce pain, tension, and stress levels. Some people also use it as a form of meditation or mindfulness practice.
It's important to note that while there are some studies and anecdotal evidence supporting the use of this frequency for therapeutic purposes, more research is needed to fully understand its potential benefits and limitations. It's always a good idea to consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new treatment or therapy.

I could hear CRT screens when i was a kid-mostly in department stores, where several would be turned on at one time.
At 62, I’ve not seen a department store TV display in some time. But I can hear 14kHz still. I do have to turn it up over the tinnitus, though.
