Job promotion issues for bougainvilleans was overlooked by BCL management even though they were qualified 4. Continious harassment by outsiders by a particular group wasnt handled properly by law enforcement officer's My thoughts about it. As a Sepik I want a referendum for my Tribe as well. Me and my Tribe never voted to join the PNG Government. We never voted to accept the PNG Constitution. We never agreed to be ruled by a foreign monarch. Our human rights were violated when PNG was created. Why doesn't anyone in Parliament talk about this?
