Pdaf AF is usable in every 4k options (4k 60p include, but in crop mode). Doesn't support FHD full frame, (60p in ff in fhd, but is functional with fhd CROP , 60p and 120p). In 180p only manual focus.

This is the second video that has referred to the s5ii as a beginner or entry level camera and that is incorrect. This is a very versatile, professional camera with amazing features. A beginner camera would something like a canon t7 in my opinion

I would first say, looks and feeling from the files from the sensor, the quality of the viewfinder and display is really great it helps during the weather conditions, the ergonomics are for me great wich means I can carry if around a whole day 😊

Was this entire video filmed in VLOG? Or standard. Cause man the dynamic range and colors are AMAZING, legit just ordered one a few days ago and have it coming soon!
Everything was in Vlog when I used the s5II😊 if you watch closely you can see what camera I used just by the look of the video , yes the first thing a noticed was the colors while I was editing and I was wow this looks amazing
What makes you want to keep using your r6 for photographey over the s5ii?
Well I would say the feeling and the look of the canon so far is something I haven’t felt with other brands but I also have used canon for about 15 years😅

If you are not interested in the video, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING. Canon 5dmkiv IS GREAT FOR PHOTOGRAPHERS. If you're interested in video, the s5iix is the way to go...
@@DroneStories I'm interessed in a camera that can do both while still having (wedding/lifestyle)photography as a primary focus. I love my 5d's, specialy gor the macrowork i do. But fdaf, IS and better overall video features are something I certainly want to upgrade to for payed work. So buying another used (or new) 5div is out of the question in my case.
@Urban Jungles s5iix is a budget CINEMA CAMERA. And for photo work too.
Yes, there's no perfect camera but with the new pdaf system the s5iix is the way to go.
You can use the ef canon lenses too!!
Just check video quality low lights panasonic lumix s5 and s5II and you can see something bad. Panasonic lumix s5 smash s5II in low light 😢
Oh is it so, I haven’t tried the s5 so can’t really say much about it but it’s interesting to what they in that case they have changed
