i wish this product came with these instructions! i have been trying to figure out how all the bells and whistles work on it for hours now! im glad i decided to try and youtube it. i highly suggest you guys either send instructions with it or direct people to this video so they know how to use your product!
Most people who buy this probably know how to use it. Not me though. I bought the Helix drawing set which is essentially the same and there were no instructions on how to use it. I just thought it would be good to get the best one available in the shop as my last compass fell apart and when I opened the new one I was like, yeah, eh...what? CZcams tutorials are the way to go. I like big circles.
My set didn't come with a handy screwdriver. But I definitely am gonna use the heck out of it now I know how to properly assemble the accessories. Thanx so much! 😘
Thanks for this useful guide. The stationary leg began bending inward every time I tried using it until I tightened the small screw above it. Now it works splendidly!
I just bought the Professional Compass Set, and to say that I’m disappointed with the instructions, is an understatement. There are NO instructions at all. There are several pieces that came in plastic containers that I have no idea how to use. I tried to put the pencil holder onto the end of the extension, but I hesitated to force the pin into the extension since loosening the screw on the blue attachment at the end of the extension doesn’t seem to give enough room for the pin on the pencil holder to slip in (unless we are supposed to force it in). This video was helpful, but I think producing one that shows how the pencil attachment is secured to the extension, and how to use the other accessories than came with the set, is required.
I found this beautiful overly complicated piece of frustration tool amongst my husbands art collection supplies a matter of fact -I believe I bought it for him years ago - I even looked for it on Amazon to see if I could find a video or something… however I’m the type that struggles with drawing stick figures & never really used even a $1 compass in grade school -except maybe once -I think I tried it out to carve “school sux” on my desk . So this “Charvoz “ set of course I dropped & some pieces came out of their lil hidey hole spots & I tell you what I must’ve worked at least an hour to just place all the fancy whatnots back where they belonged & it’s still not correct! Lol. 🙃🤓 But I have to say {‘|’} I’m mos def with other commenters - it’s frustrating that there’s not more info included for a fairly technical (to my simple arse anyways) drafting tool but your awesome video that was funny but more importantly YOU GOT TO THE POINT of the entire video was such a refreshing type of CZcams video! Also I must not be calling this thing the correct god given name because just typing in compass ->🧭

Can't get the lead out and the screw is stuck

Hi can I ask something? My cousins pin holder is rotating we tried everything we can do to tighten it but nothing happend. Thank you.
Seems simple enough but the black plastic piece doesn’t fit at all. Disappointing.
