My great grandfather used to tell me lot of stories ... he was 36 when india got freedom ...and he had lot of stories about bhagat singh and lot of other freedom fighters...directly from his presence during those times......

Even in the Jail he went on hunger strike with his friends for 38 days (on record but actually more than 90 days ) to change the system of the Jail.To provides the basic facilities to freedom fighter like food ,newspaper books etc.His death has most affect on Youth of this Country. For us nobody is as greater as him.We read his book ,his bravery and sacrifice and whenever any injustice happen, he comes as first inspiration to fight against it.

Well I'm neighbor of bhagat singh village. I was used to go to visit his home every sunday but now I'm living in UK so i can't now..

Once He wrote in his letter that "I'm standing on that point, where my death is way bigger than my life. Please don't try to release me."
He was sentenced to be hanged on 24 March 1931, but it was brought forward by 11 hours to 23 March 1931 at 7:30 p.m.
so that the next day people do not revolt outside the jail

Bhagat Singh was a vivid reader, prolific writer, great theoretician and committed revolutionary. He advocated use of violence only in exceptional circumstances.
He was an atheist and was known as walking library. He was fluent in many languages like French , swedish , Arabic etc
Even to this day the sacrifice of these three martyrs still inspire in us patriotic emotions.

Hi guys i have visited jallianwala bagh in Amritsar... It is near Golden temple. It has only one narrow entrance and the bullet marks are still there on the walls plus the well in which several people jumped into to avoid being hit eventually lead to death.... I imagined that in case of indiscriminate firing it would be pure hell😢😢

Jallanwala Bagh was a brutal slaughtering of innocent people in the jallanwala bagh in Amritsar ,this was order by general Dyer . Udham Singh got revenge by killing Micheal O'Dwyer , because he was the one who had gave the commission of that brutal massacre, he was lutenent governer of of Punjab at the time.
That hunger strike in lahore central jail went for 116 days, which is not mentioned in the video.

All of this showed the hastiness and ignorance of britishers towards Indians..They called him terrorist but actually he was a revolutionary with a clear motive..Even Gandhi ji (Preacher of non violence) endorsed this and tried to protect him..hence the Mercy petition opportunity was given to him
