OMG!!! Sister this same thing happen to me! I cant believe I am reading this right now. My son was stuck in a difficult position and they wanted to give me medication to force him out then if that didnt work they wanted to do a C-section. I chanted to Ganesha and guess what!? He immediately started to come down and was born at 5:55 and weight 5lbs 15oz 5 is Ganesha's number. I stopped chanting for a while and when I stared back i reminded Ganesha of how he helped me with my son and now im reading this. This helped me to know he hears me. Thank you for sharing.

No one is useless. Everyone has a purpose. Possibly, you could be too bogged down from life stuff or giving too much of yourself to others to figure out what yours is. A useless or bad person would not take the time to care about posting their feelings/concerns or end said post with beautiful, positive wishes to others. That alone raised your frequency, my friend.
I just heard a story, today in fact, from a spiritually wise and grounded person who advised someone who was almost suicidal....For 2 weeks, separate from YOUR PHONE. Unless critical, people can wait for a response. Break from social media, stop watching the news, NO TV or engaging in listening to others' opinions, negativity or stress. (That small and short term sacrifice did that person wonders). Get out in nature-peace and quiet. No humans around. Space. YOUR space. No distractions. Everyone needs some time, even if a few hours to just "NOT THINK" Even 30 min! Go to a park, lake..stare at a tree, plant or natural body of water and just "not think".... daydream. Everyone clings to technology as if it's a life vest and yes, it's helpful in many ways, can and does DRAIN us! MODERATION IS KEY-- throw the vest aside and separate yourself from time to time-recharge your emotional batteries. The vest will still be there when you "get back"! They float! :). Then toss it aside again when needed.
You are definitely not useless or bad, just probably overwhelmed..sensory overloaded. Take some time away from stimuli and you'll find your purpose. I bet you already know it as plain as day but it's clouded with distractions that do not serve you.... but when you break from it all, you will achieve the success, health, love and happiness you wish to others :)

I was in the worst state of my mind this morning. The anxiety I felt cannot be explained, I was trembling and every minute I felt that I was in a very bad place. It’s the WORST feeling one can experience, I really pray no one ever should go through that. I needed a positive energy through a chant and found this video. This video is magic! My restlessness and my anxiety drastically reduced. I was just listening to it with my eyes closed, trying to sleep. My mind was hearing the chant and I slept peacefully. I also repeatedly chanted to myself - “I am mentally very strong and I can overcome anything”. I feel really better and very less anxiety. I’m very grateful to have found this video. I have been struggling with Covid related difficulties for month now, job loss, loss of friends , religious conflicts involving my husband , ( his religion ) loss of positive in general, the nasty political re-election here in USA, . What has helped tremendously are the HZ meditations, just found Ganesh today, loving this mantra,. beginning of 2020 I discovered Lord Shiva and his mantra, which is helping so much, ! All I see coming from Christianity is Untruth and downright hatred , although I was raised Catholic found peace and love there in my childhood but has now morphed into complete disillusion for me, ! I am quite happy in my quarantine meditating these type of Matra, something happening, in my isolation I see the masks are ripped of society revealing the ugly underneath, I am talking my friends, co workers, Yes even my husband , very painful, yet very soothing, feeling a re- birthing,,....
Yes...I see you Alia...the illusions are being revealed for what they are, the masks being pulled away. You're aligning with your higher truth and have to stand strong through the opposition. I recommend looking into "tapping" or EFT to help you through all of these challenges. You will be rewarded for your perseverance despite the "perceived" setbacks.
