Renovating a home is a crucial decision. Looking at the number of years that you foresee yourself living in that property would be a good benchmark to how much you should spend for your renovation.

What’s the total cost?? Please always include the total renovation costs of your projects so us, potential clients, can budget for our future renovation - hopefully like this 😍😍 thanks Design Seed!
Who dislikes such a video? This is by far the best interior design channel I follow on YT.
Wow! Got a heart from Design Seed, I wonder if I can get a discount on a quote! LOL
Such a beautiful place. And I love the fact that the hidden doors are huge
Fantastic!👏 The designer really puts in a lot of thoughts into designing the house! Excellent workmanship! 👍
watching design seed is like healing
This house is simple yet so beautifully elegant. The creative director is so talented.
I really amaze with the ideas , a lot of hidden doors with fully utilise every space .
Amazing design and execution!! Love the simple changes that created a masterpiece of everything. MORE...MORE ...MORE SOON PLEASE
Breathtaking beautiful
Woop so creative design , and progress pictures so good , and better understanding
I love the hidden door concept and utilising every corner. But blocking windows is not a good idea as for condo, those are literally the only source of natural sunlight... Anyway, thanks for sharing!
You had me at the marble faced drawers; INCREDIBLE.
Mewah sekali...
Alex, another beautiful property and amazing design! As always..."Great Job!"
I just love the feature walls on this channel.
The aesthetics is nice but wish we could see more of each room in detail
5:28 Like the grains of the marble in the toilet. It pulls your gaze unfortunately to a non descript toilet bowl and the toilet spray.
The house has many beautiful marble slabs. However, it just fails to accentuates and blend in well with the rest of the finishing. It looks nice as a standalone pieces but somehow the integration was lacking.
Guess you can see the owner's enthusiastic application of marble throughout the house. Who is to argue otherwise 😜😜😜
Amazing design, I always love your videos
Again a great video!bKeep up the excellent work! I'm looking
forward to another awesome upload! Take care and stay in touch! 💕
Thanks so much! Very inspirational, clever and tasteful! I loved every minute of the video. Always a pleasure! Thank you.
How do they get the approval from the management for closing some of the existing windows with cabinets. And also converting the balcony into a bar which is an indoor space? I’m curious on the part that they can get away by modifying the facade.
Great video 👍👍❤️💪
Mantap
Is it the camera effect or is it the lighting? But I think it's a bit too "dark" for my personal taste. It's beautiful and luxurious, but it's not bright or warm enough for an everyday home in my opinion.
I agree
Well design & aesthetically pleasing. May i ask approx how much is the renovation total cost? Tks in advance.
Beautiful

Beautifully executed. Great selection for this review
Windows are the source of natural light. It's a waste to cover up the windows 😅
Lovin' the hidden door ideas.
I appreciate the hardworking for craftsmanship, but it is not a wise design to block the existing windows for the living room just because of the featured TV wall, natural light is very crucial to apartments
Love, love love your designs!
i just watch the concept home 2030 contest by sime darby and it reminds me of this house. so nice
omg i love that contest. i wish malaysia could have a lot of such contest in the future
@@kamilaarosso7927 im sure sime darby will organize more of this soon. did you manage to vote any of the finalists?
@@nursoraya7578 yes yes hopefully the person can win. surely they would be over the moon
Awesome 👏
amazing
Very nice
I’m pretty sure that TV wasn’t level, but lovely design overall.
This design is great and easy to maintain.
Wow
How much was the total cost of this total renovation?
💜
Too cute, not my type... Waiting for brutal industrial design.
Something unfamiliar to us Europeans... that maid's room, all 6 m2 of it. I couldn't have been made any smaller, could it?
Do u have any services in India?
i think it’s a crime that a 3200 sqft apartment looked like that in the beginning lol
🔥👏🏾
"3 slate of grain matching marble was applied on the TV feature wall......"
Hahaha.... are you sure ? Your "In progress" shot obviously showing the Tv wall is only a "marble looking" lamination covered on top of OSB board...a typical application of composite lamination sheet ... LoL
You should say a marble looking Tv wall, big difference in proce bro, ... LoL
Video is quite laggy
Nice but in reality if you switch off all the lights the entire home will be as dark as a dungeon. Look nice only for showroom purposes, will
get depressed after a year
Please pin the price
Such a waste of natural light and marble. Too much marble. Also how do you lock those hidden doors?
Who are you locking them up against? It’s a penthouse with very likely private lift or at the minimum restricted floors it can reach without your keycard.
@@aussiestallion69 apparently you're not the private type. I asked because the owners might sell it one day or have children of their own. I'm sure if they wanted to do something privately they would be really annoy when someone comes in unexpectedly since there's no lock
@Carmela Garin so you have locks on your internal doors in your own home? Wtf sort of household do you live in that needs that, and what has selling the penthouse in the future got to do with having locks on it now, or no locks? I think you sound a bit loopy.
@@aussiestallion69 duh? Me , loopy? I don't know about your country but we have locks on our bedroom doors so that besides the privacy, we lock our rooms to prevent possible thief from helpers whenever we are not at home. we also lock our rooms at night to prevent entry from robbers. If you don't have crime incidents in your country then good for you. Here, even if you live in a penthouse, your unit is still susceptible for robbers as the building has a master key for emergency. If that happens we call it an inside job as someone who works in the building planned to rob you. Is that clear now?
@@carmelagarin8645 wow, what you describe is unimaginable, we do have privacy locks on bathroom and WCs, but on other rooms it’s just not common at all, you close the door it means give me privacy, but locking bedrooms at night for fear of robbers? WTF, we lock our main entry doors to the home but locking internal, doors at night, no way, and I don’t believe you don’t have a way in apartments to lock the main entry door from inside that despite master key or not no one can gain access, which tells me you don’t live in such an apartment as you don’t know that. So whatever country you live in must be one crime ridden place, my sympathies. Btw, I live in Australia.
I don't a woman had any input on the design of that makeup nook.
Lol.
what a terrible design! Dining room for 8 and living room for 6!! master wardrobe conflicts with vanity. . second bedroom not even wide enough for two nightstands. pantry far from kitchen and off living room... was this design by a professional... doesn't look like it.
Wow
