Cod 4 takes place in 2008 while mw 2019 takes place in 2019 to further prove that true. So that makes no sense. Also the black ops series is only linked to the new mw (2019). Not the old trilogy

The black ops story is now linked with the 2019 Modern warfare story (which is disconnected with the original MW trilogy). So Cold War and and modern warfare (2019) take place in one singular universe now

@Dio Brando We don't know which ending is cannon yet. In Black ops 2 you see no missions in Europe. You have Angola and north America Nicaragua and Panama.
And in the future only Asia and the USA.
No Europe and this could be because of the bombings at the evil ending.

If u didn't know, Kravchenko is the villain of BO1 and survived as u can see in Black Ops 2, Woods explained how he and him survived in the explosion.

love how you can tell Luke's really enjoying this game, he hasn't been frustrated in the slightest when he dies.
Small detail in this mission, when you play as Belikov the guards have names since he works with and knows them but when your character switches to Bell their names changes to "Soviet Soldier".

I feel like you should consider playing the last few missions in one episode. They go well together and would play better if you don’t pause in between them. Just a recommendation :)

Hey Luke, I haven't gone through all of your bo vids yet, so this might not be useful, but if you use an enemy as a body shield, you can press r1, which lets you push away the enemy, forcing them to hold a grenade, and blow up, you can push them into enemies and so on.
In case you didn't notice, a line from Gorbachev at the table is a mirror of a line from J.F.K in the first Black Ops:
Kennedy: "We are in grave danger from the Communists. Our freedom, our very way of life is at risk."
Gorbachev: "Comrade Belikov, we are in grave danger from the capitalists. Our Collective, our very way of life is at risk."

Hey Luke, just to let you know. The side missions cannot be completed once you start the next main mission. So if you want to do them you should tomorrow. And include your evidence using skills to figure out the puzzles that come with the side missions. Its a ton of fun!
When they go to Cuba I feel like this is where it ties in to bo1 where you play as mason, then you and woods fight your way out but Mason sacrifices himself and clears the runway so they can take off.
I think the link between both Universes was established with BO4 when Perseus was first introduced. They said that Perseus was Zakhaevs mentor and the reason why Zakhaev was so radical

@@justineallandevelos6491 in MW never mentioned If Zakhaev was part of the KGB, but It makes sense because, years later, he became the leader of the Ultranationalists (a political party and armed army seeking Russia's supremacy over the West)
For anyone wondering how to do it, the way you do the cipher for operation chaos is you count how many times red numbers go up(this one stays constant, for example it goes down by 3) to the right and the amount of times blue goes down to the left to find the missing numbers, this one is tricky because as you go farther left with blue the amount of times it goes down increases, lets say it goes from 16 to 14 and then it goes from 14 to 10, once you deduce the decreasing factor(in this case the factor of subtraction increases by 2 so 16-2=14, 14-4=10, the more left you go more is subtracted, you just have to figure out by how much so you can get the missing number). Once you get the missing numbers, look for them in the numbers broadcast real you collected(I forgot the mission). So for example lets say your missing numbers where 1979, you would look for 1979 in the numbers reel.(all of this is randomized for every person) lets say it is "Orlando 1979" you would then get the newspaper (found in the bar to your far right in the training course during red light green light in the second floor) and look at the red words. Let's say the words where "erenvd" look at the numbers reel again and look for a state that has the same words in it, in this case it turned out to be Denver 1576. Now combine the state you got in the last step, Orlando in our case, and combine it with the numbers in this step, in this case 1576(Orlando 1576). Remember everything is randomized so whatever I got yours will be different, sorry :/ and remember, switching to your pistol is always faster than reloading.

That's cuz he's his younger self then, he was old in the Modern Warfare timeline, as you had seen while shooting him during the sniper mission, and in this game, he's much younger, but he's the same Zakhaev whose right arm you shot off in Modern Warfare Remastered

Basically WAW, BO1, Cold War and BO2 seem to be connected to the MW 2019 reboot. They’re using similar characters that appeared in the OG MW series but in a new way. It’s a little hint basically that’s how I see it
It’s around the same time period as modern warfare 1 but a little bit earlier so their showing where Zukiev came from I think it’s really cool!

Just a tip for other people if you take out guards in the hallways there are less troops attacking you near the end
MW and BO are only connected by a certain ending of the Cold War game. Otherwise it’s completely disconnected.
I think it’s just a nod to “Remember your history or be doomed to repeat it” such as there was nova 6, then dragovich, then zakhaev, then makarov, then menendez basically having the same situations.

As everyone is saying, 2019 MW and Cold War are linked but also my thought is that it has a lot to do with warzone since Zakhaev used Verdansk during the Cold War so it makes sense to add him to give back ground, but that’s my thought, anyone correct me or add to it if you want

It’s pretty simple how Adler knows where to go. They’re CIA remember? Also they had Belikov who was a KGB double agent so he definitely got the layout and building plans from him so he knew exactly where to go

the short movie is the second live action SCP work that they did. it is very tactical and they use things like IR UAV and room clearing tactics would love to see you give your 2 cense on there movements, tactics, and wording. ill post it on discord to.
it takes place on the SCP universe. basically all you need to know is that there is a non government organization called the SCP foundation that deal supernatural (anomalous) things, events, entities. The team you are following is a "first responders" team. there job is to gather intel and asses the situation for specialist teams to contain ort neutralize. they talk about other specialist teams.
Thing is cool but i dont like how *unprofessional* the operators look. They dont look like they would be in a secret governmental task force that deals with weird classified shit. They look like your average skinny airsoft player.

with some more work i think they could have made it work with everyone wearing the same uniform. maybe some more expression with the body language, i don't know? it is distracting at first but it seems to fade way after a bit. thats just for me tho.

Imran zakheav is in cold war because modern warfare 2019 is a different version of the original modern warfare franchise (basically a revamp of the story and universe) and Activision decided to combine the new modern warfare story with black ops cold war opening new possibilities for the overall story.
