If you talk to the characters in the safehouse or explore and read some of their bios you can find a lot more about their backstory and relationships. That might be why the decision at the end felt hollow.
He skipped an absolute f ton in all honesty in his play through because he took the game as a regular Cod and just went to play through the missions. The ending is gonna be kinda eh because of it as well. But it makes sense just sad he won't see the full story or length they put into the game

To Be honest, you have to admit everyone chose Park over Lazar, saving Park is actually the canon decision because multiplayer takes place 3-4 years after the campaign and Adler, Park, and Woods are Operators but Lazar is not, so that is the canon choice
It's the cannon choice so that their is a female operator for people who prefer playing as a female.
I think the canon ending is saving park, then going to duga(lie) but not telling perseus as adler survives in that ending. Also the bombs in europe went off and there are no multiplayer maps set in europe

The new mission at the end of the video has a zombies easter egg in a bunker in the ground. When he tells you to cross the river to go in the cave dont listen to adler. Go right to a wooden hatch on the little hill on the floor.
You know what I noticed? The plot of this game is similar to the first black ops. You’re a sleeper agent, nearly brainwashed, and asked to find the key to stopping bombs all over a country from going off.
Now you saying that......it actually makes sense pretty much the same with BO1 execpt Russians aren't using a toxic gas but used multiple nukes and they expanded the threat to Europe and not just one country i guess the slight difference here is according to what Hudson said in the ending is that Perseus probably went rogue against orders from Moscow so he planned all of this himself as the command in Moscow said they didn't even know what Perseus was planning at the time
I think the reason everyone is choosing Park over Lazar is that she has better decision making. She is more serious than Lazar, making her more valuable to the team. Park has brains, while Lazar has strength. I'd choose brains anyday.

There are puzzles for each of the side missions and it would be really interesting to see you figure those out during a video. You could probably complete both side missions in one normal length video.
I don’t understand why people ride so hard for Lazar, Park was the obvious choice in my opinion. When I got to this part I chose Park no hesitation.

@@jasontaylor5402 Even though they were both side characters, Park seemed like she was much more involved in the story whereas Lazar didn’t say or do very much at all, the choice to me seemed like choosing between a very expendable Lazar or Park who was much more important to the plot
@@coles2688 I agree. Both of the characters are likable enough, but at the same time it does not matter in the end because the outcome is the same. They should have made lazar more important so that the decision was actually difficult.

The last mission is multiple quick missions in your memory then one more outside of it but you gotta do them all at once or it wont feel the same since they are all a direct result of each other and are all pretty quick.

Play the damn side missions mate!! Ties into the game and makes them better. Didn't do them on BO2 which is probably why you aren't doing them now but let me tell you it can make world of difference and the campaign that much better! 100% make a side missions video. Cheers mate

I honestly don't know how he's a simp if he's only interacted with her once or twice throughout the whole game. Basically, in my mind, a simp is someone who does anything and everything to spend more time with a woman. He was saving her, in my mind, for only 2 reasons. He respects the MI6 more than whatever lazar is. and he has absolutely no connection to lazar at all. Tbh, i'm shocked if anyone had any connection to lazar, considering you only interact with him 3 times. and the 2 times on mission, he does jack shit except compliment your stealth or shit on you for being loud, and him simping for Park. Tbh, in my eyes, it's like asking you if you want to save Gaz or Nikolai. Obviously, you'd choose Gaz, cuz Nikolai's only a wheelman. That's how I see it anyways. If you choose Lazar, good on you, but idk why besides "not wanting to be a simp" or "bros before hoes". He is, was, and always will be a plan b. Even when you talk to Hudson about it in the safehouse, he says "If *the* *plan* *goes* *sideways* we're looking to Lazar to clean it up" because he's a demo expert. Which was only relevant and expressed at this point. So anyways, rant over. I see why you may want to pick Lazar if you want to be really tactical about it, but before you cry simp, look at all the pieces, and who's playing. An ex royal marine, who always looked up to MI6 when he lived in the UK
