  • A well known recipe, traditionally made and very much enjoyed in the Southern part of Africa. Served with Italian couscous. How delicious!!!

    Ek stem 100% met jou saam dat sout die vleis taai maak. Ek gooi nooit sout in my vleis voordat dit nie sag is nie. Nice video, dankie. My dogter kom vir my kuier volgende week en ek het n nice resep gesoek vir n oxtail en hierdie sal regtig goed te pas kom. Ek dog net ek se vir jou die couscous is awesome saam met n bietjie botter en aromat!

    Forgive me Ryno for I am not an Afrikaans speaking person but you did mention Oxtail in your title and that in itself is a major attraction as I believe Oxtail is the most delicious pot you can make. Also The Outdoor Kitchen adds an element of flavour you cannot get on a stove. What say you? I see you also keep the Golden Rule for potjie - DO NOT STIR.
