My dogter kom vir my kuier volgende week en ek het n nice resep gesoek vir n oxtail en hierdie sal regtig goed te pas kom. Ek dog net ek se vir jou die couscous is awesome saam met n bietjie botter en aromat!
Forgive me Ryno for I am not an Afrikaans speaking person but you did mention Oxtail in your title and that in itself is a major attraction as I believe Oxtail is the most delicious pot you can make. Also The Outdoor Kitchen adds an element of flavour you cannot get on a stove. What say you? I see you also keep the Golden Rule for potjie - DO NOT STIR.
