    Thanks! This is the only video with the M276 engine, all the E350 W212 videos are the previous gen engines.

    Thanks! Love your video because it gets right to the point with no BS or music or any extra junk. No talking about how many cars you have, what your mom made for dinner or how your dad taught your how to fish or some other claptrap. Excellent

    There's no need to disconnect the sensor if you're just doing the air filter. You can lay the airbox across the top cover to do the change. Of course I say this AFTER I broke the clip to that sensor so....
    Great video!!

    I used 8mm in place of E10 socket and used a flathead screwdriver since I didnt have a trim removal tool. I bought the clic hose plier from Amazon for $12.99. Thanks for the video since my search for ML350 lead me to two filter configuation from the top which was not correct. E350 air filter location is exactly same as mine.

    Remember once you open the tab you have to press on it gently then pull the connection otherwise you wont be able to and you might think the tab needs to be pulled more which it doesnt hence breaking the tab.

      the double iridium plugs and the fragile coil boots make it an interesting job not to brake anything...
      It seems the plastic intake also serves as the m276 engine cover. So it has to come off with its 6 intake seals.
      On the way to swapping plugs: do clean your INTAKE THROTTLE and the oil separator.
      Add to your list serpentine tensioner and plastic idler pulleys before extra damage is done

    What can I do if one of the most well known Mercedes dealerships broke the snorkle plastic clip on my car? Is it absolutely necessary to have a continuing tube to the front? Does the snorkle run to the radiator or is the plastic oval/elliptical shaped end piece nor important to be 100% attached near the front bumper?

  • @vg9878
    @vg9878 Před 2 lety

    I don’t understand why you need to remove whole filter if you need unscrew just 3 screws and it’s way easier to replace it instead to have a deal with clamp and sensor.I just did it on the car.

    I just wanna say i didnt have to pull the whole thing out what so ever. All you gotta do disconnect the 3 screws from the air filter cover and remove the part that is attached it (which is clips) then you can literally take it off without needing to remove the whole thing! 15 minute job max
