If the keyboard is working on other consoles just switch the port USB Turn off your xbox then turn on and then put youre keyboard on other port USB it should work cuz I have the same problem
The only keys I could get working on the home menu was the arrow keys the enter key and the left home key(not the right one tho) they all work when typing and in game

I got you just sign out of your account then restart then it's fixed it's a glitch if you where using a mouse and keyboard before you turned off your Xbox there's a chance the glitch will happen it's not your keyboard so don't buy a new one just sign out and restart and it will be back to norm it will be fixed soon guys

The keyboard mostly works only when your logged in and your playing an game it mostly dont work outside in the logginig area so it works only when you play someting.

Its the wire they brake really easy near the head of the USB if your wires are tangles or even bent

On Xbox you usually cant use many controls in home menu but it should work in keyboard compatible games
Plug the back of your Xbox out then put it back on it worked for me

It’s because either xbox doesn’t support it or it’s not plugged in right or broken. Try using the arrow keys
Turn off the rgb lights usually fixes it and plug into back ports not front

It happened to me so I think there is a usb port on the side of the Xbox so I plugged it in there and then I restarted my Xbox and it works again

It happeneds to me what I do Is plug it out then plug it back in if that doesn't work trying multiple times and that should work
If you connected your keyboard and mouse to it just unplugged your keyboard and mouse and switch the usb porn that you put in your xbox

Turn it off by the plug it was the only thing that worked for me
