Not all of them! Typically they’re an extra/add on that you ask for when commissioning your suit.

Yeah. Protip is to check your underarmor. Wear a cooling vest and make sure there is at least one hole hidden somewhere for extra ventilation. And if you really want to, you can add a mini-fan. Boom.
