It's good for clicking pictures. Reliability-wise, it's as good as the Bondo fillers. A good job, effort and nice video. Someone may do the wielding as well of the holes in their project.

The rust holes in that frame, especially at the crucial points should have been cut out & new metal welded in, not packed with bondo, as this will result in a much weaker frame, structurally. Without being too picky, I wouldn't call this a restoration, more a 'quick fix', especially using those tyres that have stood for all that time, which are by now, damn dangerous. But I guess that's how things are done in your country, but u wouldn't get away with that here in U.k.
.... and so is it in Germany ;-)
A few years of pot holes and this Cadet will be demoted to parts bike as the compromised frame stress cracks through the fiberglass. I'm pretty sure a lot of the metal will also continue to oxidize under the bondo, so there's that too.
On the other hand, if the goal is to make this a static display in a climate controlled place like a hotel or restaurant: mazel tov!

Yep crazy restoration it is, just applying putty w/o body repair.
I used to have an NZeta, which is what this was called in NZ. Gutless, but very reliable, always started first kick. With the gas tank on the front, it always felt like a kamikazi machine.

Z toho co tady ten člověk předvádí je mi smutno. Škoda těch motorek . kdyby to nastříkal sprejem od pumpy tak je to jedno.
JJ vidím to úplně stejně jako vy, plechařina, lakování.........😱 Škoda to té Čezety. Bohužel toto je momentálně na YT asi žádané a lidem se to líbí. A neřeší, že většina těch videí jsou záměrně( tady to bude asi opravdu stářím) poškozené věci a renovátorské schopnosti těchto "patlalů" jsou mizerné.

Body filler over rust holes, not watching the video past that. I'm sure the engine gets "rebuilt" the same.
Remove rust with a wire wheel for your grinder or pneumatic sander
