My thoughts while I was watching it myself were “WTF?” Unhinged is definitely the perfect definition for this series. It was strong for the most part, it’s maybe unique and I love the concept of using both Sonic and PETA as the main focus but it gets exaggerative towards the end. Other than that, It’s for sure one of the most unhinged Analog horror series I’ve watched in my lifetime. To be fair, I wasn’t familiar with PETA until recently. I'mma be honest, the moment sonic was talking about "edgy humor" and just out of the blue showed an obliterated cartoon hedgehog, my brain short circuited and I did in fact chuckle. Granted, the chuckle wasn't for the violence but just the absurdity of everything happening. Also, another thing, hating animals implies having nothing to like about them. To truly hate animals means you must also hate burgers, chicken nuggies, and steaks. Besides, i thought sudies proved that plants are alive, have feelings and interactive, so what the hell do we do, if we become vegan just for the sake of animals, eventually another group of people will protest against eating plants, so we just eat air I guess at that point.

It isn’t encouraged, it’s shown to be a bad thing to do and Peta just ignore that

2:16 Not vegan cus of a multitude of health issues that make it not possible for me, but if its regarding saving animals, yes a plant based diet will result in a large amount of them being killed by automation, pest control etc. However, moving to a plant based diet is better for the environment due to reduction of water waste and methane reduction, and has been proven to have an easier time becoming a carbon neutral industry over meat. As far as like. The animal suffering though, it's unfortunately just transferring it to more socially acceptable animals to have suffer and killed like squirrels and moles and the like. Less animals overall will die as a result of the farming practices, but that doesn't mean none will. Corporate food management will always some level of cruelty, it can never be 100% cruelty free, whether its pests dying, animals being accidentally killed or child labour practices and human wage slavery. Being vegan is good for your cholesterol and fiber intake as well as lowering blood pressure, but if not supplemented properly with beans and dark leafy greens you will face protein and b12 issues. Honestly as much as I love my diet of duck and chicken and eggs and fish and cheese, if it were viable for me to be plant based I probably would just for the climate impact.

PETA got mad at this and threw false allegations at SEGA and said it’s all because he’s Asian. And to me, PETA did worse than SEGA ever did and killed an innocent person just for working at SEGA.
