- Today we're interviewing Nick Teeple, owner of Paxton Grounds, out of Union Town, Ohio. Nick is 19 and has built a successful lawn care business that gives him a full-time income by mowing 60+ weekly lawns!
Nick has two trucks, two zero-turn mowers, and a utility trailer and stores all of it at a storage bay where he operates his business. Nick recently graduated high school and is carefully deciding where he ultimately wants to take his lawn care company.

I just retired from the medical field a few years back (owned my own Home Care Agency) and my son just turned 18... He's gonna be senior this year. Watching these young men has really inspired me to start up another business with my son. We found your channel this evening and he's really excited about seeing young men like Nick being featured on this tour. We own 2 Ferris zero turn mowers, weed whackers, blowers, dump trailers etc....I always bought commercial grade because you get what you pay for. I’m a 53 year old veteran 50% disabled I do lawn care started off late in life but my question is Brain how do I get going on more out of the business because I’ve been helping my two friends that one does whole landscaping and yards but the one I help out the most I’m at a block and need a suggestion about getting my own I’ve been helping out for about eight years now and want to Break for both of them and do my own thing thank you for what you do and my shout out to the newer kid crushing it go bro 100%

I live in nicks neighborhood and I watched him start from scratch. I was a landscaper for several years and could tell he cared about his work and had an incredible work ethic. I remember seeing him coming down the street on his first zero turn and thinking that kid is going places. He would be out there after school and sometimes in the dark working hard to build his business. I have had him do work several times at my place and always looked perfect! The last time i asked him if he could mow my grass while I was on vacation and he told me he is only taking weekly accounts now. That was so awesome to hear! I have no doubt you will make it to the top nick! Good luck!

Love that short f150 we have 4 f350s we use in the winter and we have thought of getting a shorter truck so the truck actually fits in the driveway with a plow and isn’t too long or doesn’t turn and fit around same corners
really enjoyed the series. mowing in the uk is very different. i use a turn zero and most people complain about the amount of clippings left on the top of the grass. i try and cut every 10days yet most people cant or dont want to pay for regular cuts. also traveling 20/30 mins from job to job is where i lose a lot of time.

I’m 18 and just LLC my business I started when I was 13 with a push mower and had roughly 13 yards weekly and moved when I was 16 so I had to restart. Now I’m mowing grass and getting that cash!!!!
