Thanks for watching! What other kinds of tutorials would you like to see?

Could you do a current-version pulse channel tutorial? I'm struggling with sound design there, feels like the individual arps, slides, and other techniques don't gel for me.

@@wolfmon42 that's a great idea! in the meantime, you might check out a few of my song walkthroughs to get some ideas of how i use the pulse channels. there's a playlist of all the walkthroughs here: czcams.com/play/PLfhdj6Qak_eiA_nZNbeDOazymPhcpOXW6.html

This was great! Would love a tutorial like this for the other channels/general LSDj stuff. You're great at explaining things

Why can't I get my hi hat to sound like yours? I've copied it exactly as you did it but mine sounds completely different. Like a long noise rather than the short hi hat sound you have. I've played around with it and can't seem to get that sound. Sorry if this is a noob question

i bet you are using an older version of bgb emulator. try upgrading to the latest version!

@@DEFENSEMECHANISM Ah, I'm using a really old visual boy advance emulator so I guess that might be it haha

@@DEFENSEMECHANISM Yeah, it was the emulator. I'm now using the latest BGB and it sounds perfect. Thanks :)
