a personalized autograph is worth less than a non personalized one, but still more than an unsigned record. Besides, celebrities are reluctant to give unnamed autographs, since 99% of the time it means that it will be resold rather than kept which they find offensive. So if a celebrity says "who should i adress it to?" you better give them an answer

When I got my Star Wars (First 3 movies that were made) posters (Made for when they were rereleased in theaters) signed by Mark Hamill told the girl taking them into the editing suite (I worked for a Post Production house) that he didn't want to sign them without a name because he thought I was going to sell them.
So I told her I don't care tell him to put my name on them. He also put some hilarious sayings with the signatures too.
I still need Harrison Ford, Peter Mayhew, James Earl Jones and more on them.
Unfortunately I will never be able to get Alex Guiness's or Carrie Fisher's signature because they both already passed into eternity.
