I have a requirement for creating a button in compact layout.
1. When I click the button in Console App LWC Component should be open in subTab.
2.When I click the same button in Standard App LWC Component should be open in model.
How can i achieve this functionality

Yes, this is released in Beta with Winter 24.
And yes we can open another component in new or subtab. I have showed that here- czcams.com/video/kJnm22dZ-xQ/video.html
