    Yes - I did enjoy that look around the van, thanks! I'd be very interested to know the bed dimensions?

    Nice video. I'd like to see one that features on storage - how much clothing & food you can take with you for longer trips. Also on cooking arrangements - there doesn't seem to be any worktop space so I presume you have to do food prep on the dining table? The lift-up worktop would be better in 2 pieces, so you could have the sink cover down whilst cooking & vice versa when washing up. Nice intro to the van though, I may consider one of these when it's time for my caravan to go. Thanks.

      Thank you for watching Bob, I will take your comments on board and address them in a future video. We went to Bali not long after getting the van so we have only camped once so far but we will be out in it in two weeks time. As for food preparation there is a fold up section at the end of the worktop. However I have an idea which I will be trying when I get back, if it works I will include it in a future video too 👍

      @@FootstepsTyretracks Just watched some of your older vids. Can I ask why you changed to the Adria Twin from your Autosleeper Clubman - pros n cons for both that led to the swap?

      @@bobnicholls There are two main reasons really, we wanted a fixed bed and we also wanted belted seats behind the driver, so one of us can work while driving. We really loved the auto sleeper but there was just no way of achieving this in it, no other reason the T4 was amazing in every other way. However we have realized we are not ready to give up on VW yet so we will be getting another Crafter later this year and replicating the Adria with a few tweaks. Probably a winter project.

    Hi, I own one of those too, and maybe you can help me with something. I'm trying to understand if those grey window "frames" are embedded on the windows or I can buy them somewhere, because I couldn't find them online.
    Anyway great video!

      If you mean on the inside yes it can be removed as we had to fix some of the blinds I would contact Adria themselves they would probably be able to help. Thanks for watching 🙏🏻

      @@FootstepsTyretracks no i meant on the outside, that grey outline of the window, but maybe it's not a frame but the window itself. thanks anyway

    What's the condition of the van like underneath, every one I've looked at has had welding every year on something or other, are they all rotten?

    • @FootstepsTyretracks
      @FootstepsTyretracks  Před měsícem

      We no longer have this van but it had been welded underneath. The problem with them is they get parked on grass. We weren’t so worried as the welding did look good. We now have a Ducato Benimar which is much higher off the ground and is immaculate underneath
