Nice to see something from the Twilight Sad. I remember them from some years ago when Spotify suggested them to me when I was enjoying Silversun Pickups. I rarely hear them mentioned alongside goth music.
Another lovely episode! Great songs new and old. I first heard Virgin Prunes, around 1985, but had forgotten what they sound like, now I remember this song! Absolutely love this song! Thanks for playing it. The goth of it is great, and the synths are crispy crunchy old world style, thats the thing I love about Blackmoth Super Rainbow and Tom Feck's other band TOBACCO! I love dirty grimy synths!

Neat to see Tristania mentioned as a relation to Long Night. That's something I wasn't entirely aware of, though the vocals did seem similar. I tended to enjoy Tristania's earlier albums like "Widows Weeds" and "Beyond the Veil".
Long Night is great though. Sort of the Fields of the Nephilim look and sound.

Blood
Blood is where Dracula dreams and the nightwalkers reside. For their world is full of interesting wonders and where the dark is the norm by the shadows who dance and perform. for I'm just a gothic planting my boots again in this creepy land that I once called home and my friends were family . But since I came back my family has moved away or don't know I'm back . for I plan to stay awhile for the music back then still good and the new has gotten better like wine on my lips. I may haven gotten older and look little different but this world hasn't for I was the lost boy who left without a trace and wanted a better life but did not know it wasn't for this prodigal son of the night has come home and may not leave for time will tell all things
