At 8:15 Dennis Wise is running out of the tunnel at Elland Road for the game away to Leeds United while stretching out his right arm to someone who is out of shot on the left of the screen - The person who is out of shot is me. I know this as I was Chelsea Mascot for that Match.

Apparently, I watched it back the other day and at 8:24 there is a far away shot of the teams on the pitch and I can see myself on it because I stood out as all the Chelsea players had Blue Socks because the normal ones clashed with Leeds United's White Socks but I didn't have the Blue ones, I only had the normal White ones with Blue turnovers as the Blue ones were (Possibly) "Player Issue Only"

This was the best season everrrrrrrrrrrrrr im an arsenal fan man utd where incredible this season and villa where top for a while but fell away it was so tight between utd and arsenal the fa cup semi final replay is the best game i have ever seen it had everything Beckham's volley then bergkamp levelling then anelka had a goal ruled out for offside then roy keane got sent off then bergkamp missing that pen in the last minute of the game and then giggs scored that amazing goal in extra time i was on the edge of my seat all through the game arsenal and utd where so close all season they deserved to win the treble utd we had won the double the year before arsenal i loved the 90s football money has ruined the game now it was the end of Wimbledon this season aswell i miss Wimbledon in the premier league they where a good side the crazy gang and leeds had a really exciting young team but they tried coming to far to soon spending money like mad they had hell of a squad leeds but it was their downfall all the spending it was sad to see them go down in 2004 I think they will get back up this season leeds

I agree with you. 1998 for me was the pinnacle of football as a sport globally. This was the best Premier league season for me also the best World cup ever.

Winterburn acting billy big bollocks and then shitting himself at 6:45 is one of the highlights of the season.

I was living in Holland during that season. I had a ticket to the Arse-United semi, first game, not the replay. Never made my flight on the saturday morning cos I shagged a wild Kiwi on the friday night. So I watched the replay on thee wednesday in Utrecht with two Arse mates. Fucking bonus! Had a great shag without missing the most iconic match of the 90s. My shit turned to gold in those days. Not since, mind

George made a massive mistake going to Spurs. I don't think the fans would have accepted him had he won the league title or the European Cup whereas at Leeds they did accept him. It was in hindsight the move that was to lead to the end of his managerial career. At Leeds he could have won the FA Cup or had a go at the title had he stopped another few years.

Im sure Spurs played Wimbledon no fewer than 6 times that season, twice in the league, twice in the fa cup and again twice in the Worthington (league) cup.

One player outside of MU made the treble possible, Del Pierro. He was out injured most of the season for juventus, who were average that season. And that made the CL final possible.

As a forward if Andy Cole rates as 7, then Sterling is a generous 2
That's how bad things are in international football these days....

Note how ridiculous it seemed then that Man City would win the title. Shows what a shitload of oil money can do.
