- Willie, Sarah and their dog, Jack Spaniels, continue their biggest adventure yet - leaving their suburban life and moving over the sea to 'Live The Skye Life'!
In this episode, the Skyelifers head into a new woodland location on the Isle of Skye to forage for Wille's favourite mushroom - but we came across some things we weren't expecting to find!!
Also, Sarah shows you the process of painting a wild orchid from Scotland's far north coast - her first painting since we renovated the outbuilding into studio spaces.
Plus we are back in the kitchen, sharing some secret cooking tips for the mushrooms we foraged.

Jack has such a sweet and funny face - has Sarah ever painted his portrait? I'd love to see it!
As a German and thus someone from Schnitzel nation, I have to say two things: Fist, these mushroom bread crumbs sound amazing! Second, I recommend adding salt, pepper and (optional) paprika powder to the meat before rubbing on flour, dipping it in the egg and then breading it. That will give you a little extra flavour for your meal.

Oh, my goodness! I had to go back to watch the "Hi, folks!" greeting after watching your numerous attempts in the blooper reel. Great job getting through all that! Loved to go on your foraging hike with you and the ever helpful Jack Spaniels. My favorite walk is through a forest... bonus points for the cascading creek & waterfall!! Soo nice to watch Sarah paint once again. I had almost forgotten how Willie's guitar adds to Sarah peacefully creating. I hadn't noticed the lighting issue but I am glad you turned your desk, if only for the gorgeous view. Your creativity in the kitchen was also great fun to see. Everything looked yummy! You have a beautiful existence in a truly magical place! ~ All the best from northern Idaho, USA!
Your forging for mushrooms was exciting. Love watching you when you are painting your painting of the orchid is beautiful. I like the way you have your desk now before you were getting a shadow from your body blocking the light. The view out the door is very beautiful and very calming. I wish that you tube was smell a vision mushrooms smell yummy when they are cooking up.
