To, vidhik shiksha, as per clip on judge
ment writing in criminal cases, while discussion, when Hon. L.K.Bhargava saheb said that any moveable property is removed ,taken away "without consent" , this shows the difference between experience (practical) and study of books by students, because students go with the content and essential elements,as shown in related sec. in the book,but experience only can teaches hidden important elements like,as said "without consent" , otherwise it will again be a lame decision on section differing from,with discrepancies. Sir my self police sub inspector haresh Patel from gujrat police, I have listen so many lectures related to ipc/crpc those all are applicable for our department but sir u have to make lectures from crpc sec 154 to 176 which are more important for our deprt and also u have to arrange one session with l k bhargav sir that where should police live carefully that investigation become strong and couse of strong evidence rate of conviction become high...... Sirji shortly u have making more lecture for better policing in current scenario.... Sirji u r doing nice job.. Best luck
