Academic Qualifications: B.Sc., LL.M, MBA, PG Diploma in Cyber Law, PG Diploma in Human Rights.

Sir, is decree mandatory in all cases where a final order is passed in a suit on the basis of a mou in O23R3. Can an execution be filed only on the basis of that order without any formal decree.
