hii i want to get a 3" down false ceiling done in a 10'ft x 24'ft living + dining room with a height of 9'6" but there is horizontal beam in the middle around 5 to 8 inches down, what can i do to make the ceiling look seamless with a beam? i want to leave a cove on all sides too.

Nice. False ceiling accumulates lot of dust on the top which is difficult to access and clean. How to prevent this?
Create small level difference like 3" that will accumulate less dirt

Is it possible to mark bed area with track light for fan placement. As there is washroom door on one side of bed, nd want to keep false ceiling plain.. Want fan above bed only

4" space left karna hai wall sw if you want corner cove.
For lights you need 3" down level fro. Slab

Mam agar har rooms pe ventilators hai ghar pe jyse normal gharon pe hota hai toh agar mujhe false ceiling karana hai to kya ventilators ke karan false ceiling ka design affect hoga kya ?
