Most "Banyarwanda" today are like 3rd generation Ugandans from refugees that came to Uganda years ago for various reasons. Now explain to me how you tell people whose parents have never stepped in Rwanda. People who have themselves never been to Rwanda nor know a thing about Rwanda are not Ugandans.
