Warlock Finds a way to BALL on the Crucible: Destiny 2 Ruinous Effigy Build

- This is the most difficult version of double ball as you don't have suspend on demand like on titan and hunter so there are four ways to get the balls. First is prepping a guardian with a melee. Next is using a rapid fire auto to make a tangle then quickly getting another kill with ruinous. Making a tangle with the auto first, letting the tangle cool down pass, then suspending someone and killing them with ruinous. lastly the hardest one is to use the auto until you see them get severed and swapping to Ruinous for the kill. Ophidians are there just to help swap speeds and whatnot, have fun.

@@Spooks2000 to optimize this build if you take out an eager edge sword right before you grab the ball you still retain the eager edge perk and can cover distance in insane time

The other day I tried to kill people in crucible with the orb block button thing. I got meleed a few times and died but ended up with 3 assists and was laughing hysterically. Shouted at my TV "I'm here for a good time, not a long one!"
This is wild, one because a few days ago i remembered that i played sonic colors and today i used ruinous effigy for the first time in months google please stop spying on me

If you were doing this with a teammate, you could have them pick up the tangle, so you could set up the combo more reliably.

My favorite gun, no matter what im doing. Also, there's a titan that's been doing the strand ball plus effigy slam for awhile now. Could be the same creator, I dont recall what the name was.
But I always enjoy grape jucing my enemies.
Probably me, I looked around and didn't find any other creators that knew about this combo
Man I was doing the day one as a Titan with abeyant leap, it’s even better.
You grapple to the tangle from easy suspended kill, so you can go super fast. then do the combo with an orb from reaper to heal and proc health regenerate and give you woven mail, then snag the tangle, throw it, snag the ball, grapple the flying tangle, dunk

Just get good at predicting people to land the melee, if they see you mid melee animation your dead

@@Spooks2000 you’re welcome. Can you find a way to proc Felwinter’s Helm effects on weapons? I’ve heard Ticuu’s Divination can proc it and certain Ergo Sum perks can also use the weaken from it without a finisher. Any truth to this?

I'm gonna tell ya, it was the most difficult to pull off. Getting the balls to spawn is the hard part. Once you get em be careful to grab the tangle and not the transmutation orb first.

Have you tried this with the new prismatic hunter grapple+acension combo? Way less setup and about the same speed/momentum.
Any class abilities make the ball go away
@@Spooks2000 I think there’s a bug with ascension then. I tested it myself last week and it worked for me. Try it, it’s fun af
