Cauliflower Shawarma! Beyond words can explain- A Middle Eastern treat!

In this video I'll be showing you how to make my epic Cauliflower Shawarma served on a bed of creamy tahini, and topped with roasted cashews and fresh herbs. Omg! This dish is screaming middle eastern flavors and spices, and the tahini on the bottom of the plate makes every bite a DREAM. Cauliflower is such an amazing vegetable to use for a dish like that because it really absorbs all the flavors you want to give it.
